Haven Inn & Suites Downtown Houston

Excellent and very respectful staff, always trying to please you and make your stay unique. We arrived early after a long flight and they gave us a room immediately with the specifications we requested, about 4 hours before check in. To check out we have some health issues and we asked to do it two hours after the regular time. They nicely agree to help and they didn’t charge extra for it. Definitely a place to visit for a safe, clean and convenient accommodation.

Property was very clean and quiet. Check in and out was easy process. Staff was very nice.

Just because this place is located by a highway frontage road, do NOT think this is a "truck-stop." Once you enter, you will meet very friendly, respectful and professional attendants. The parking lot, stairways, hallways, rooms and breakfast room are squeaky-clean. The rooms are very well equipped with a small fridge, microwave, coffee makers and comfortable bed, nice furniture and TV. Everything is like new. The breakfast is complete with fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, veggies, waffle, breads, cereals, and variety of juices and coffee. It's served until 9:30 a.m., but they will not mind if you steal a few minutes after that, as the personnel is very nice and willing to accomodate late commers like my sleepy-head.
