Absolutely loved the location. It says right in Times Square but it’s actually a block off of it! It was nice and quiet at night. I had stayed right in Times Square once and it was loud. It was a nice walk to the subway as well! Only downfall was the elevators .. perhaps because we are always in a rush? Lol other than that . Room was amazing and the beds were super comfy! That’s what made this hotel stand out because I had read another review about the beds! I will be back if I can afford to come back haha! Happy Travels!

Perfect location. Nice staff. Felt safe entire time. Loud 24 hours a day but you get used to it but it was time square. No trouble sleeping, comfy room and bed.

The room was small and tight. The water pressure for the shower was great.
Hotel desk clerk Michelle was an Oasis in the sea of people going through their mundane routine. She was genuine in caring that all needs we had were satisfied, even before we expressed a need!

Property location is fantastic. Housekeeping hit or miss. We had to ask for towels, bath mat, coffee. Room was never fully cleaned. Elevators extremely slow. We used the stairs from the 11 floor several times.

Excellent location, staff, food, cleanliness and did I say location?
Only problem for not giving 5 stars is the elevator situation. In most of the occasions over 15 to 20 minute+ wait to get down or upstairs. Problem should be mostly taken care off if all the elevators worked. One was out of service. Had to go down 20 flights of stairs because elevator was taking too long that if we had waited we would have missed our appointment. Other than that, no major complaints.
