The hotel is close to metro, ferry terminal, near places to eat. Utilities are complete: iron, dryer, coffee maker. Clean rooms, nice view, I really like this hotel, will come back when I visit New York!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying hear. We stayed here for a short holiday weekend. Staten Island Ferry was literally across the street. Subway station was also across the street. Staff was courteous and respectful. Rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel.
