Easy access in the heart of the city, happy with the valet parking

Old outdated rude slow service. Joke for a Hilton

The staff was nice, room could use minor updates but hotel overall nice. Valet parking was good, except not many spots in front of the hotel so had to drive around a couple of times until someone moved because can only park in their spots for them to park your car. There is a grocery store and several fast food options in walking distance of the hotel, and the metro train is in walking distance which is great.

The property was excellent but expensive

There were cracks in the softer parts of the headboard, which indicated to me that these were very old. There were a few stains on the floor and on the ceiling and on a door. It’s a decent place to stay, but it’s just very old. There are no USB outlets in the room.

At check in, the front desk attendant got the address on my ID card completely wrong. Did not ask to verify the address on the receipt I received. She only asked for my zip code and not the address when I notified her that I had recently moved and my address has changed but was not updated on my ID. Although she was very friendly and kind, it was surprising to see my address incorrect on the receipt. I did only book for one night so I did not take advantage of the amenities provided. There was no hand soap in the restroom to my surprise as well. The security guard did not greet us as we entered into the lobby after enjoying our night out in DC. My view overall is, it was a place to stay in for the night. These are a couple of things I noticed on my stay here.

I enjoyed all of it

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and big enough for a family (4 persons). Excellent room service. Refrigerator a bit to ambithion, food and beverages often more cold than expected. Bathroom limited counter space. Microwave in room, small shop at reception. Supermarket right next door

Clean rooms friendly staff bar and kitchen help super cool guys was overall a great stay parking is expensive only valet available at 55$ a night but is safest bet beds were not very comfortable and could benefit from better pillows as well and atleast 4 per bed

Room is clean Staff are helpful and nice Convenient place near restaurant and stores and specially union station Only issue is when checking in orbitz card decline and too much mosquitoes in the lobby and lobby carpet needs a replacement

Greatest

Room needs to be renovated, no ventilation or fresh air, in poor condition. Parking is misleading, there is no parking on the premises for guests to enter/leave. In fact, there’s an excessive need for the room key to enter the hotel, elevators etc. which was frustrating.
