10/10 the room was clean! The kitchen was equipped with all of our needs to cook and prepare a meal. The staff was friendly and had activities for kids and adults each day. I will be back.

Was traveling from Tennessee to Los Angeles stopped to stay the night was received well by staff . Awesome clean property felt totally safe.

The property was clean and super quiet. The staff was TOP NOTCH. We had a two bedroom/two bath room with full kitchen and laundry area and everything was very comfortable. Prices at the on-site market were quite high so I would highly recommend doing a grocery delivery service which was super easy and convenient. We were very happy with our stay!

Pros: Room was nicely laid out, 1 bedroom and a sitting room.
Cons. Hilton charges a resort fee even if you do not use the facilities. Most Hilton employees tried to upsell or get you to attend a timeshare meeting. ( GRR)

We stayed for 4 nights in April and overall we had a pleasant stay. We were given the option to pay for an upgrade at check in, which upgraded us from a room to a suite for a reasonable price. We didn’t use the amenities as we were out busy exploring Vegas, but the parts of the hotel we saw were always clean and well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were lovely.
The only thing I think worth noting, which we should’ve done more research on beforehand, is that the hotel is located towards the top of the strip. We’d never been to Vegas before so weren’t sure on where was best to stay, but we spent most of our time towards the bottom of the strip which is either a long walk or a 15-20 minute taxi ride. The hotel also doesn’t have its own casino, entertainment etc, but we actually liked that as it was nice to come back to a bit of peace and quiet after being out! They also require you to scan your keycard on the door after a certain time, which is an added bonus for security.

Amazing ,the staff was very nice and welcoming when we arrive ,room was very clean and spacious bed was very comfortable I would definitely stay at the property next time I visit Las Vegas 😊

Well the coffee pot was dusty and dirty requested a new one . The shower was so difficult to turn neither me or the housekeeper could turn it I had to get the engineer. He came up gave it 2 hard whacks and I was able to use it. The need to explain how the key card works in relation to the air conditioning . Room was cold didn’t know that the key card has to be inserted into the side box and keep it there for it to work . But the problems were small and resolved quickly😊

It was raining at the time of visit and the walk from parking lot to the entrance was pretty far.
I called for more towels and when the person came I didn’t have the cash in my hand and when I turn around to get the tip she just left…. And I tried calling to get some other things they didn’t pick up the phone.

Swarmed by staff when checking in to attend timeshare presentation. Still waiting for the promised refund for attending. No housekeeping the first day as check in staff did not advise us of their system for checking by text the night before re our housekeeping needs. Hospitality staff at the pool area were excellent. Room/bathroom dated. Tub was treacherous. Marketplace was handy. Hotel location OK but there appeared to be other options that we would consider the next time.

This is not a resort, it’s really more like an extended stay hotel. The hotel has no food other than the pool bar. They do however, charge you resort fees. It’s also in a terrible location so you will have to pay to go back and forth to the strip, if you’re trying to enjoy Vegas life. If you want to see strippers or drug addicts as your view then this is it! The rooms are very dated and again, look like an extended stay. I stayed 10 minutes then checked out, just not worth it if you’re planning to enjoy Vegas.
