The hotel is clean, and very convenient close to subway and lots of attractions. The room was so clean and in good space. I would like to thank you to Ms. Sabrina she was very helpful compared with other front staff. She made our stay became wonderful and enjoyable.

I was waiting for my car and they said I had to wait in the garage and not in the lobby... Also the room had m&ms on the floor and the couch was really stained....

Had a horrible experience with the manager. When escalated the situation it was handled appropriately but I am not sure I would return or recommend the property.

Great location in hustle and bustle of times square for 1 week stay.
Service was not great, 4 of us in one room, only gave 3 towels despite asking 4 times, beds not greatly comfortable that would expect from this premium brand and compared to other stays in Hilton hotel group however.

The hotel was fine. Price changes very quickly so reserve don’t procrastinate! It’s right in The middle of everything, so if you’re not used to the city and tons of people this area might be too much for you.
