Beds are firm, room was clean, friendly staff, I have no complaints! The resort is large and there is plenty of art to look at. Great stay, I would recommend for couples and families.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the hotel is clean and quiet. The Outdoor Pool and hot tub however we're not open for some reason, and the indoor pool was crowded, there was only one food option as the others are under construction at the moment. I wish that this had been stated on the site because I would not have stayed there if I had known.

The overall property and the rooms were nice. However, the staff was not helpful and the communication was clear. The restaurant on property closed earlier than the closing time so we had difficulty even getting food.

Very noisy didnt have a room with a view kinda disappointed and was put by lobby so was very loud all night and early in morning so didn't get much sleep

Our room was dirty and the furniture was old and deteriorated. Was not at all what we expected for a 4 star hotel. We checked out immediately. We felt very unsafe. The couple next to use sounded like they were having a domestic fight. Another room full of guests were yelling and cussing. We felt like we were racially profiled and placed on a certain floor. We are locals to New Mexico who work very hard, I work in medical care and was taking a break from work and was very disappointed with my trip. We are vegetarian and there was nothing nutritious to eat. We ended up loosing our money and had to pay $250 to drive to Santa Fe and check into another hotel. We paid for a room with a balcony and had a view of the parking lot, free way and a trailer park.

The hotel itself was decent, however the casino was one of the lamest casinos I have ever been to, you cant walk around with a drink, they i only had 1 bar and you cant leave the bar with your drink to play. The restaurant was nice looking but the food was not great, everything was pretty much closed, would bot recommend this hotel to anyone. Wish I would have known to stay somewhere else.
