The location is great. I have stayed there over the years and loved it. Short on staff, no valet, expensive parking. Handicap mom traveling with me, entrance doors are heavy managing wheel chair and door was not easy.

Understaffed at frontdesk. Unable to get a 1 hour late check-out having arrived at midnight. No black tea bags at the lobby hot beverage station. Simple things which would make a very expensive stay, worth the money.

Hotel located in a convenient part of town all though a block over was concerning with a homeless camp. Otherwise close to Loretto chapel and the galleries

The location and hotel are great, but I’m unlikely to stay here again because at 7am on out checkout day we were woken up by the cleaning staff entering into our room. We were terrified. Checkout is not until 11am and our sign was on the door.

The hotel is centrally located and since I was here’s to attend an art class, it was very convenient to the classroom and art store. However, I must mention that there was some confusion between the reservation through Expedia that the hotel did not acknowledge the full payment. The hotel claimed that there was a shortfall, and I would need to make the difference. Needless to say, it was between Expedia and the hotel to settle it. Tawdry to say the least.

Everything about this hotel was lovely except for the noise. I could everyone in the hallway outside my room and the air vent in my room was very loud. Also, I had the do not disturb tag on my door and had housekeeping knock not once , but twice to confirm I was leaving at noon. Point of contention with a lot of hotels who send housekeeping to clean rooms before guests have even checked.

The room is dusty, my dad was not able to sleep because he keeps sneezing due to dust, I can also feel the heaviness of the dust in the air. And I had to pay 20$ so I can have an early check in, sort of upgrade, that’s the only way I could get a room at 2pm since regular check in is 4pm, I had no choice but to upgrade since my 75 and 76 years old parents were with me. I booked with breakfast thru Expedia, but the reception said there should actually be no breakfast option as it didn’t reflect on their end, not sure if it was Expedia side or the hotel side that messed up; good thing is the receptionist looked at my Expedia confirmation thus she gave us the voucher. Back to the dust, when the sun was up, the dusts were more visible floating thru the sun rays, just proved it was really dusty, no wonder when you book thru Expedia there’s an option for allergy free room of course for additional fee. The hallway close to the elevator stinks like poop, guest from top floor asked us as we were walking to our room if we can also smell gas.

Bathroom in disrepair. Toilet stopped up. TP holder pulled away from wall. Walls thin—I heard noise from room adjacent to mine, including the toilet flush and shower. Staff, however was very accommodating.
