Holiday Inn & Suites BOCA RATON - NORTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

It was a last minute booking. Front desk staff was wonderful. Very helpful.

Was an older hotel, but was acceptable and we had no issues.

The AGM Andre told me I could not take my breakfast to go. I stay here once a month. And I do this every time. I take my breakfast to my office. Keep in mind I had breakfast for 2 included with my room and I am one person. He told me it was policy. I asked another person that works there and they said that is not a policy. They have to go containers for a reason. He was unprofessional and I will never be back here!!! He should be more worried about the screaming people in the pool or the person smoking pot in the room that billows into the hallways. Just not a classy place to begin with but I guess it starts at the top. Thankfully no one else that works there got their training from him cause they are pleasant.

I informed front desk the keurig coffee maker stopped working 4 times before being replaced. The shower drywall and base board behind toilet was water discolored and likely molded. Did not clean the room twice.

It is more of a motel than a hotel. People up at 3 am partying. Too loud. Won’t stay here again.

Why the guess have to pay for parking and breakfast 16 dollars wow

This hotel is nasty. It’s old, moldy, and in poor condition. The staff was iffy. When I first walked in he didn’t even greet me he just said “we are all sold out”. I said we have had a reservation for over a month. He still proceeds to say “we are sold out”. Goes to the back for a few minutes then comes back to say ok we have your room ready. We stayed for one night and I was charged for 2. Complete mess

The property looks good on the outside, but the rooms were very dated. Our room air conditioning was not working and the temperature was 83 degrees in the room! I will not stay there again.

This hotel was incredibly noisy. People who stay here are truly disrespectful of other guests. Blast music, loud talking, yelling in parking lot and by the pool area. Rooms are fine and the hotel seems understaffed. They addressed the noise issue at 2am when I gave up and called the front desk, but should have signs about respecting other guests and close the pool at a reasonable hour.

The staff was really nice and helpful. However I could not stay in my room. The AC was busted and supposedly all rooms were booked. I arrived with my family and 2 baby daughters. I could not stay in a hot room. Hoping to get a full refund. My stay was canceled.

The back security door could be opened by anyone without a key. The rooms were dark, tired and badly maintained. The person who checked me in was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Rates weren't cheap enough to excuse the condition of the hotel.

Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton North. booked then left because of mold and bugs. Flies coming up through the drain. I was told by front desk staff that they were aware of the mold/bugs and the new management is handling it, yet are still renting out rooms affected.

The room was dirty, bath tub had sand and dirt, the bath faucet was broken and water leaked all day and night long, Tv didn’t work.

This property looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Outdated and randomly furnished room. Was pretty affordable so I'll chalk this up to "you get what you pay for". Property photos are very misleading, it doesn't look as good in person as it does in the photos.
