We keep coming back to this property because we absolutely love it! It accommodates our family comfortably, the staff is friendly and accommodating, it’s with if walking distance to everything! 10/10 would recommend this hotel

We had a truck and trailer and they helped us with no problems. We stayed for one night and our room was amazing! Everything about it from the view to the bed was great! Definitely going back when we go back to Clearwater!

Not counting how you have to park across the way and take two elevators to get your room, a crazy woman came banging on our door at midnight screaming to let her in and rattling our door. They did absolutely nothing. It was terrifying. Couldn't sleep all night. Claimed to be sending security up but no one called us back nor did they ever say anything. Won't be returning.

Overall stay was okay - first night we realized that the pull out couch was missing a spring. Which made it very uncomfortable since it was sinking in on one side. We did tell front desk next day and day after but nothing was resolved. So we had to deal with it for 3 nights.
