Holiday Inn Express & Suites JACKSONVILLE NORTH-FERNANDINA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Average hotel accommodations. We had a king suite which was ok. Larger room than a regular standard king room. Nothing special! Room was clean but did have a musty oder when we entered. Air conditioner helped. Looks like the hotel is under remodeling too. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Not worth the price, bathroom was icky and the floors in the halls and elevator were dirty I regret my choice to pay this price for this Had potential but needs attention

Food left in the refrigerator, trash in the ice bucket, no ice machine on my floor, limited dining nearby, staff was ok, easy check out.

We just needed a quick, convenient, clean space to stay overnight on our way through Florida. This was exactly what we needed, and with a hot breakfast included, the price was just right.

This hotel is great! Will definitely come back.

My husband has been IHG member for 30 years. The pool was full of bugs, sand, and debris on the bottom. On our 3rd day there my husband called front desk and asked for towels and washcloths. Noone cleaned the room or anything. The guy who was working at the front desk was very rude and finally sent someone to clean and give us towels. I called the front desk shortly after and asked if the pool was going to be cleaned. I told him it was one of the reasons we stayed there was the pool.i told him we should at least get a discount. He told me i wasn't going to talk to him that way. I told him i would be down to talk to him. When i got downstairs he was raising his voice at me. I started cursing. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. He said we had to leave hotel and called police on us. The police came into our room to talk to us and said the desk boy wanted us to leave. As we were leaving the desk boy ran to the hotel next door and told them not to give us a room. As we pulled out of parking lot my husband did roll down the window and said some curse words but i just kept driving. We went to Georgia and got a different hotel room. We will NEVER use your company again. I will be more than happy to tell everyone i know about how he treated us. You have lost loyal customers because the desk boy has no business dealing with the public in any capacity.

Located right off interstate. Gas and hamburger places very near.

Not much parking due to construction maybe, some parking spots were not available. Great room, clean and quiet.

First impression is old property and common areas and halls need painted and remodeled but room is updated, clean and very comfortable!

Stayed for 10 days with no problems. Front desk was always spot on with questions or assistance.

The guest laundry was unavailable, my microwave did not work. However the staff accommodated me.
