icemaker broken inconvenient. breakfast not good, coffee empty, food items ran out.

Staff was great, room was pretty nice.

I did not like the 100.00 fee for incidentals which multiple people complained about it especially for a 1 day stay, in addiiton the air conditioning was broken in the lobby so it was sweltering when you first walk in.

Very handy to the Mercy Hospital.

This hotel was one of my worst hotel experiences to say the least. I was made aware that the parking isnt free like advertised on expedia. The manager was rude and pulled the pass out of my hand when I was calmly explaining my situation was told to park behind the hotel but stay out there lot because they will tow me. Then seen worker using leaf blower in parking lot blowing trash out of the lot and intoa and all over the back street where my car was parked which I took pictures. My hotel bathroom stunk of something pungent as if it were just in use. Front door to room would work when it wanted I had to swipe several times anytime I had to enter. Air conditioner was so loud it was hard to get any sleep. Homeless and drug addicts wandering around the hotel grounds sleeping by the front door circling in the street at night outside the entrance of the hotel and back lot. Rear security door is broken does not lock allowing anyone to enter the hotel unnoticed. Overall I will never use this hotel again and urge anyone thinking about coming here to reconsider spend a little more money and avoid this place at all costs.I love pittsburgh and enjoy everything the city has to offer but my hope is that this hotel closes its doors and leaves the hotel business to the locations that actually try to provide a welcoming and safe enviroment.

The was good, big tv and great air condition. Breakfast was good too.

I am not usually one to leave a review but our shower was dirty, the bed spread was ripped up, the pool water was thick and foggy. There was also some industrial noise in the pool area that never stopped. A fire alarm battery was dead and the alert went off in the hallway the whole time. The man checking us in was a little rude. I will say the morning breakfast was pretty good.

Nice place

Walk in with my 10 year old son, say I got reservations. Saleema looked at me like I was an idiot and was very unprofessional. After dealing with her she ask for credit card, I hand her my PayPal Credit Card and she looked at me like it was a welfare card. Older woman confirmed that it was credit card. If I could give negative stars I would.

Everyone was so pleasant an nice to be around

There was a homeless dude outside laying right in front of where you walk in. Staff just left him even thought it led us to feel uncomfortable. They charged for a room even though Expedia had already paid for it. Then, when I asked to be notified when they reverse the charges, they didn’t. Way too many other places to stay in PGH.

Everyone at the desk was extremely friendly. They are in the middle of renovations but most of the place looks great and all the elevators are working. There are lots of food bars to walk to from the hotel. It's a pretty quiet area and there is ample gated parking behind the hotel. There are some homeless and drug issues in the neighborhood, but I walked around alot and did not find it to be an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good location. Some of the staff was great, some okay, some lazy and rude. The breakfast staff were great. NEVER replenished our room with towels or coffee or cleaned the room even after we asked. Elevator had the same paper on the floor every day we were there.

When I was reading reviews, I was a bit worried. But they said renovations are almost done and I didn’t see any issues. And the security guys was super nice. Room was clean but the AC was making noise so I couldn’t sleep well. But good location and price was good to compare with other places.

Was under construction on first floor had to walk around building to enter , wanted to charge $22 for parking a night, one elevator broken the other not working properly, construction going on at 6am on Saturday and Sunday

Place was nice and convenient for our needs

We booked a room with a pullout sofa & we went to get sheets with a couple extra pillows. We were told that we could only have 2 extra pillows as if it was an inconvenience that we even asked. Upon check in, we were told only one car in the parking lot when we had 3 cars and that it was our responsibility to find another place to park. Granted they were renovating the first floor but shipping containers took first place to customer needs. We walked in the first floor because we saw an open door not knowing we weren’t supposed to use it and the lady at check in almost scolded us for using it when the door was wide open with other guests coming in and out. There’s no clear directions how to get in said parking lot to begin with because they have to buzz you in from the front. Overall not very impressed with staff and the air conditioner in our room barely worked but we felt like we bothered them enough asking for an extra pillow.
