Holiday Inn Express & Suites WAXAHACHIE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

After an uncomfortable night at another hotel, we checked out early and found refuge at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Waxahachie—and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt bright and welcoming. The summer-themed decorations and complimentary fruit punch instantly lifted our spirits. Maya at the front desk was an absolute gem—kind, efficient, and truly made us feel at home. We were given a first-floor room with a perfect view of the pool and conveniently located next to the gym. Though we were initially nervous about potential noise, we slept like babies. Even with the pool bustling, the room was peaceful and quiet. We had a chance to enjoy the pool ourselves, and the entire environment—guests and staff alike—was friendly and positive. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, and everything felt clean, safe, and thoughtfully run. The General Manager clearly sets a high standard for hospitality, and it shows. This will definitely be our go-to hotel anytime we’re in Waxahachie. Highly recommend!

Just stayed one night . Very clean and organized , cute summer decor in lobby , front desk employee was very nice , helpful and attentive .i don’t have one thing bad to say. You can tell they take pride in their establishment and pay attention to detail .
