Nice and relaxing

The best hotels are the ones you don't have to comment on. The property is close to the Birch Run outlets and Frankenmuth, it would be a good option for exploring both areas. The breakfast was good, standard hotel fare, but fresh and well prepared. I would recommend this hotel.

Everyone was super nice, the rooms were clean, pillows were great and even the breakfast was fantastic!

Property is needing some updates. Paint, cleaning, carpet, bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Probably a 3.5 of 5 stars.

Work trip. The bathroom stayed much colder than the room due to the heavy door not staying open. The tile needs cleaned desperately- it’s black in between. No member gift bags, or snacks. Hard to keep a steady temperature in the room itself.

The lobby was nice. Room was dated, specifically a very heavy bathroom door that wouldn't allow you to keep open (because of a heat lamp- which I have never heard of), it was very inconvenient with small children. The toilet was abnormally low to the ground as well. The beds were very firm, comparable to sleeping on the floor, however the pillows were nice. The pool was freezing, and parts of the walls were falling off. The breakfast was nice with a big selection, but the worker was wild. She was speeding around grumbling under her breath as she refilled and swiped crumbs off the counters. My twelve year old opened the shelves holding the bagels and looked over to me and she swooped around the corner and yelled at him to use the tongs before he could even decide what he wanted. She made breakfast pretty unenjoyable. Overall I felt like it was decently cleaned and I felt safe staying there, but there can definitely be updates and perhaps a not so scary breakfast attendant.

Nice and comfortable stay

We had stayed at the back in march. We came back april 10 for another mini vacation. As always the staff was friendly and the room was clean. This will always be our go to hotel for mini vacations. The 2 littles loved the pool. Great hotel !!

Good location, close to Outlets and Frankenmuth. Girl at desk was very friendly. Check on was quick. Forgot our toothpaste and desk gave us that and mouthwash. Had variety of snacks and meals to purchase. Free breakfast decent. Only complaint was they did not offer hashbrowns. Quiet as well.

The front desk receptionist went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay! She really makes the place with her energy.

Quite and clean

Quick stay due to a snow storm when driving north. Room was clean and comfortable and nice breakfast buffet. Very nice staff.

Outdated compared to other Holiday Inn across the country. However, the lady at the front desk (was not wearing a name tag so do not know her name) was very friendly and sweet. Love the pancake maker for breakfast!

Cleanliness

Hotel is not in the condition that pictures show. No towels in pool. Tiles laughing next to pool. Can't see bottom of hot tub and it's not really hot. The room it self has chipped tiles beds are way soft. Mini fridge had gid awful clicking so we unplugged. Breakfast was not well stocked.

We only stayed over night but the beds were great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. Best of all was the breakfast, so many options and good food!
