Great place to stay. In town for the reining horse show. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to Kiplinger. Per friendly which was great for our two pups.

The location was very convenient and quiet.
Parking was not ideal for a rural hotel of that size. The driveway and entrance was shaded and therefore was covered in ice.

Probably the nicer hotel in McCook. Billing issues made the stay not very good. Need to figure out for future stays.

Ice machine on my floor was broken. Desk lamp in bedroom would not light up. There was no fresh fruit for complementary breakfast. Beds were too tall to be able to get into easily – – or at all.

Looks to be the newest in town, which by default makes it fairly nice. Bathroom was clean but could have been better. Front counter staff (check-in) was a little confused and challenged but overall fine, but could use some training. Breakfast was great. I'd stay there again.

Because I booked with a third-party Expedia, …..they treat you like a second class citizen. I’m not afforded my member points. There’s no complementary water. They really make you understand that you’re a second class citizen here.

The staff was nice. Our bed was comfy. The toilet in our room stopped working the first night. When asked the front desk about it in the morning, they said they already sent their handy man home for the day and we were given a plunger to try to fix ourselves. The pool was also very cold and my kids didn’t enjoy it.

Food left in fridge, crumbs on the floor, we had booked two rooms and the room phone didn’t work in the one room, so they upgraded that room and that phone didn’t work in that room so we didn’t even use the second room the whole trip
