Holiday Inn Express St Albans by IHG

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Parking lot not shoveled/plowed very well.

Great Place. The Renovations looks Amazing. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Besides the bags of trash that periodically appeared outside of random rooms and the smell of active cigarette smoke on our floor, the room wasn’t half bad. Looks newly renovated but seems to have kept some old habits. Recommend for a cheap option adjacent to ski resorts. Still questioning the trash bags….

Free breakfast was a grab and go.

Well first off the room they gave us had bloody sheets, neither my husband or I were on the bed till about the time he noticed that there was dried blood on the sheets. Secondly Bradly was extremely nasty to me telling me to feel free to go somewhere else over our 1 week booking we did in advance to be told we can’t take your Chime visa when I’ve use it more than once there and had to go get a different card being for the internationals. Had to rebook and lost the deal we had for our Christmas get away! I was not pleased at all with his attitude and was trying to push me out of there when I was trying to figure things out on my end and wanted to cancel it for me and I told him to shut up stop talking to me I’m trying to figure something out and basically pissed me off and made my PTSD kick in for the way he was treating me. They did fix our room and moved us but that’s not the point at all that was totally disgusting.

The renovations are nice, and the location is great for the hockey arena, but we called to request sheets for the sleeper sofa _four_times_ and left messages, but never received sheets or even a response.

It was a working trip

I would definitely stay here again checking in and the stay was pleasant.

This property is convenient to the highway as well as our overall destination. There staff were responsive and helpful and the facility was neat and clean.
