I was immediately welcomed by the front desk representative ALexander. He gave me a nice room with a great view and was very warm and friendly.

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon in early May. There were no trolleys available, so I carried my bags in by hand. At the front desk, a man was on the phone behind an open office door, and there was no bell or clear way to get someone’s attention. After waiting around 8 minutes, a woman finally emerged but didn’t greet me, apologize, or make eye contact—her demeanor felt cold and dismissive. When I booked through Expedia, it stated that breakfast was included, but I was told I’d need to pay $20/day. As I was in town for work, this was both inconvenient and frustrating. The room itself looked nothing like the bright, updated photos online—it was older, worn-down, and had visible ceiling damage. Small bits of mortar even fell from the patched-up ceiling as I unpacked. The desk attendant failed to mention that my room was at the far end of the building, near a separate entrance and parking area. Had I known, I could’ve saved myself the trouble of dragging heavy bags through the hotel. Other issues included no hand soap in the bathroom, extremely slow wifi (a file transfer took all night), and very thin walls. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

My bed fell in the middle of the night! I expressed my concerns with the front desk and they fixed the issue and offered room change if available but I still couldn’t sleep on that bed the next night.

When we first arrived the room had a weird smell. After we used the ac the smell went away. When we showered, the curtains didn’t keep the water in. The whole floor was wet with water. We had no mats and had to use our towels to keep it dry. Water pressure was very high when showering. And the sink water was very loud when we turned it on. The iron board had a small red circle stain on it. Other than that the beds were very comfortable the room was very nice to be in and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay other then those things.

No microwave, inconvenient for getting meals, high traffic area, thin walls, not clean. Srains on couch cushions. Not enough elevators and they are slow and unreliable.

Had a great stay,my only complaint is the side doors inside the rooms. You can hear entire conversations people flushing the toilet & etc. Something needs to be done to isolate the noise coming from next door.

Housekeeping stole material that was left in room.

I stayed for just one night. The room was clean and tidy. The water in the shower either hot or cold you can’t go medium. Bathroom was clean. The place is outdated little bit but it was good. Breakfast was really nice $42 for two adults if it is not included when you book the room. The room price was over rated. The hotel over all was nice I commend for short stays
