Holiday Inn LITTLE ROCK-PRESIDENTIAL-DWNTN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great. Room was clean. Staff were all kind and professional.

They were very responsive to our maintenance request. The only recommendation is that the bathrooms in the public areas were clean but the paper towel dispenser wasn’t working and a couple of sinks were not either. We would definitely return.

Close to places of attraction. Close to Clinton presidential library, Riverfront, numerous dining options as well.

My stay started out okay and the bed slept like a dream, but when I came back into my room the first day after the cleaners had came in my stopper in the sink was pushed down and stuck. I was unable to get it to come back up, so it wouldn’t drain. I let the front desk know, but no one ever came to fix it. I was there for 3 days with standing water in my sink. The air didn’t work well either. If I didn’t have my box fan I would have been miserable. The parking situation is awful! You have to park far away most times due to limited parking space or in a parking garage that is very limited in space as well. The hotel staff is very friendly and inviting. The hotel is very clean and makes you feel relaxed. The environment is great.

Nice place to stay. Well lit and felt safe in the parking area. Room and bed was very nice.

The odor from the carpet is a little bad

Excellent hotel! We were just passing through but had a great night stay. Breakfast the next morning was awesome!

The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff polite and professional.

Elevator smelled of urine. Not a great first impression. Room itself was ok thankfully. Not great for staying with your dog for easy access to taking them out to potty.

Excellent service and prompt. Convenient for us to get in and out and on our way. Parking was easy and convenient.

The whole hotel smells like steel cigarette smoke. The staff is nice and friendly.

The staff was great and always had a smile on their faces. The parking garage was interesting and a little on the shady side. The power went out overnight and made for a hot, stuffy sleep but it was out of the staff’s control. Overall it was an ok stay.

We got in late and they still had our room and were very helpful.

No breakfast because the chef called in sick and they have no contingencies for food when this happens. They also failed to refund the extra cost.

We stayed here twice; once on our way to Colorado and on our way back home. The first night we stayed it was on the 7th floor. The room was clean and shower was good everything was nice. That was the reason we booked again when we were traveling again. This time the put us on the 2nd floor right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy and you can hear everything. This room had a tub and it didn’t drain properly. Totally different experience than our 1st time staying. Overall it was fine and it’s very close to downtown, clean, and had free parking.
