Booked our room 3 weeks in advance and they sold our room to someone else without telling us until we checked in. We were in town for a concert so all other hotels were completely sold out. I would never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service with no remorse for the situation.

We could not check into the property at check in time. No rooms were clean. We went to the baseball game and came back, 1.5 hr wait time in line to get the keys to our room. Did not get checked in until almost 2am. After driving 6 hours, and attending a baseball game with a 10 month old, you can imagine how frustrating it was to not be able to access a room. The staff that was there, which wasn't very many, were nice. Not one thing got cleaned the entire time we were there. Every hall trash, lobby trash, trash outside rooms were there all weekend. The same disgusting pizza box outside the room close to us was there all weekend. Dirty linens were outside all the rooms being cleaned for two days. It was an absolute crap show for this hotel. They advertise free parking. Well, we had to pay for parking at a public lot. 14 dollars for one night and 42 dollars the next night. Employee cars parked in the front entrance blocking up the entire area, Couldn't load or unload vehicles. It was disappointing at best. They turned so many people away for being over booked and the amount of people just sitting in the lobby waiting on a room with their luggage was crazy. Bad management.

The staff was so friendly and nice. It is clear they don’t have enough people to take care of the property. Pool area was dirty and water was cloudy. Trash cans outside were over flowing. Had to go back multiple times and get new keys because they won’t work. Took hours to get towels and pillows for our room. The room temperature was over 75 degrees and the thermostat wouldn’t work.

This stay was an absolute disaster. It used to be owned by Holiday Inn but recently changed ownership. We traveled from 5hrs away with a high school baseball team. The hotel canceled the 18 rooms that had been reserved for the high school boys! Even though the coach called 3 days earlier and confirmed. They did absolutely nothing to resolve this and said it wasn’t their problem. While dealing with this, multiple other people staying came to the front desk saying their rooms were either dirty, keys wouldn’t work, or their AC isn’t working and room is 85+ degrees. Our room AC didn’t work. The ceiling above the shower was cracked with obvious water damage. The mini fridge didn’t work. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms. I called 4 times asking for extra pillows and were told they would bring some up but nobody ever came. The pool was out of service. The driveway of the hotel has horrible potholes. One of the housekeepers told us since the new management took over it’s been terrible there. I highly recommend staying absolutely anywhere else other than this hotel.

First and foremost the check-in took so long and very inconvenient that many rooms got cancelled. About a 2 hour wait. My brothers wait was about 4 hrs that he had to call twice to get an update on his room. My bedding was dirty and not well cleaned. This is last time I will stay here. Not to mentioned there was not even any kind of discount offered or any courtesy for all the inconvenience.

The booking system is a total mess. The hotel was overbooked and one of our two rooms was unavailable. Staff promised it would be ready the next day, and instead it was cancelled completely. Every time we were in the lobby, there was a long line of angry people at the front desk—We heard one group say they’d walked into the room they were given and it was filthy. Another said they’d walked into a room with people asleep in the beds. We tried out the pool to make the best of the amenities, and it was so chlorinated you couldn’t see anything under your waist, and our eyes all burned from the smell. They’re really going through it here. Don’t stay.

This was the worst experience! We booked this hotel with the convenience of how close it was to the stadium. We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready. There were other people in the lobby who had been waiting for over 2 hrs for a room. Ended getting ready for the ballgame in the lobby and headed to the game. We arrive back to the hotel around 1am & the room was still not ready. Finally got a room at 2am and when we got to our room we did not have AC, we had to go buy our own fan. No matter at what time we left the room, there was always trash and dirty linen in the hallways. Overall the worst experience. Never coming back here.

We got there at 3:30 and was told we would have to wait 30 minutes. So when we came back in a different young lady that check us in was absolutely precious. The room was clean very appreciative of that. The area does not seem safe. The immediate area around the hotel seems ok though. Parking was terrible so be prepared to walk !!! So the grandkids wanted to go swimming….bad idea! Pool is very little and there was approximately 30 kids trying to play! Jumping on each other by accident because pool so little. We got the kids out after just a few minutes because it was just to dangerous. No towels and people were just walking down the hallways dripping water everywhere! Plenty of room to expand it but probably never will. Buy you some drinks to keep in your room because at the “snack shop” they are $3.00 for a bottle, but the vending machine has drinks for $2.25! So up to you just giving a heads up! The rooms do have a small refrigerator and microwave. From an all day zoo adventure then overnight stay to go to the cardinals game on Sunday…the 3 rooms that we occupied were great! Thanks!

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Our check in time was scheduled for 4pm and we were not able to get in our room until closer to 6pm. They were overly busy and limited staff but the staff that helped us were wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the room nice but overall the hotel needs updates.

They initially tried to putus in a single king room when we booked for 3 people. That room was on the 4th floor which I assume the staff lives on? It was an absolute mess with staff running everywhere. Back to the desk, finally traded for a double queen on the 3rd floor. Room was okay, but no working remote for the TV. Went back to frint fmdesk where they gave us a remote and saud good luck. We finally just bought one. Parking? What parking. You're gonna walk 2 blocks for parking. We will never stay here again, awful hotel, awful location DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This was the worst hotel experience ever. If I could give a negative number, I would. We were there to get a lung transplant evaluation at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. It was a stressful trip and then to add all of these terrible things to it was just the worst. There was no security, even with a security vehicle out front. Our vehicle had two windows broken out the first night. There was no housekeeping. We were told to set our trash out in the hallway along with the dirty towels. We had to get fresh towels from the front desk. None of the floors or the front desk had any ice any of the 5 days we were there. The "cabinet" the tiny refrigerator was in had a broken door and would not shut. One of the elevators was out of service also. The bathroom vent did not work. We worried about our vehicle every day.
