Everything was wonderful but the breakfast could be fresher

Home2Suites is always a perfect choice when traveling.

We stayed here on a family trip to Niagara Falls (two couples, two kids and grandma in two rooms). Pros: the rooms are clean and spacious, and we especially appreciated the extra couch-bed and kitchenette in both rooms. The hotel’s downstairs common area has lots of seating, the gym was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: while the room bathrooms were clean, portions of the grout /caulking in the showers were cracked and stained, which gave them a dated and dingy appearance. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Labor Day), and with so many guests at the hotel, it was easy to hear hallway noise inside our room, and the communal breakfast was pretty chaotic. I would recommend staying here if you need a spacious room (think families or small friend groups) on a budget. This was much less expensive than places closer to the Falls, and was only about 23 minutes away. I would not recommend staying here if you can’t handle a little background noise or don’t like being around groups or families with kids.

Great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the kitchenette was perfect for the weekend. Family-friendly with a fun pool and tasty breakfast. Conveniently close to Niagara Falls. Definitely would stay here again!

This was a great location after spending the day at Niagara Falls. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offerings were plentiful for a complimentary breakfast. We were very happy with our stay!

Location. Very convenient for my activities. I also liked the gym.

We loved this hotel. The staff were all nice. The room was very clean. We got a suite that had a kitchenette and that was great to have a microwave and fridge with freezer. Right across the street was a ton of shopping and food. I mean a ton. Target, Marshall’s,TJ Maxx, Home Goods. Chilis, Panera and. Any other food places down the street. We had no idea all the stuff that was by the hotel until we got there. The kids wanted to go to a park and there was a very large park about 5 minutes down the road that we enjoyed. If you want to be Cole’s to Niagra Falls/Buffalo we highly recommend staying here.
