The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed kept squeaking all night which was not expected from a 4 star hotel. They charged us money on our credit card without telling us for what and that too after we left. No email no message about why the charges were deducted. We asked for water bottles for each day of our stay and one of the front desk lady was kind enough to offer us water bottle but the next day another lady refused to provide any water. You charge us for parking everyday. And charge us for the room everyday then why not provide us water everyday. Also the hotel is around 15 minutes away from Disneyland which is very hard to cover after a full day of tiredness from the visit to disneyland. The breakfast was average and same for all the days. They kept eggs and potatoes with pork and chicken in adjacent trays. I saw people using the same spoon in the meat and the potatoes. For people like us who cannot eat pork all the food was not eatbale as they were all kept together and same spoons used by people. I would rather pay a little higher price and chose another hotel next time.

Rooms were big and clean and a decent selection of breakfast items.

It was a great stay but we weren’t aware there was a fee to keep there in the valet for after checkout. Just each day we were there.

This was perfect accommodations for our home away from home. The staff was helpful, there’s lots to do and eat in the area. The facilities are clean, there’s complementary breakfast and the kitchenettes are stocked with the basic appliances and kitchenware needed for an extended stay. My only complaint was the valet parking. It was the only parking option with a hefty price tag. Additionally, the wait for the team to bring the cars out was excessive. Implementing a proper systems so that car are brought in the order requested. On one morning, our Disneyland morning, we waited 40 minutes for our car.

Love this hotel! Property is clean and hotel staff was amazing. The pool is great and awesome view of Disney fireworks at night.

Excellent location, good breakfast, clean rooms and facilities, comfortable beds and a reasonable size kitchenette.

Very nice hotel. We stayed here with our 3 grandchildren to take them to Disneyland. It is a walk-able distance to the resort. Very nice pool and hot tub. Restaurant on the premises. The breakfast room had plenty of seating for families and had great choices for kids and adults. Our guestroom was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator for snacks. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We felt safe walking from here to Disneyland. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Location was great to the theme parks, room was huge and worked well for our family.

We loved the hotel. It was spacious and comfortable and only took us 7 minutes to get to Disney. Great experience.

The pillows and beds have been the best ive had in thay area when using hotels around Disney.

Upon arrival, we got there 3 hours before check in, and the hotel staff was able to check us in early. Noah was very helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to help us with our check in process. My family and I needed to go to the store before we checked in to our room, and Noah had the staff send our luggage and things to our room while we were at the store. It was very nice to have our things sent to our room before hand. The hotel was very clean, beds are comfortable, and the hotel complementary breakfast was good. My family and I will definitely be saying here again :)

This hotel was a great choice for being next to Disneyland. The hotel pool and room was great. We’re definitely booked again.

Liked the how close it was to walj to Disneyland. McDonalds near by in walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure could be better. Carmelino was great he tended to everything we needed at the pool and to our room. When we needed it. And the the breakfast options were great quick and easy every morning before going to Disneyland. Coffee was good too. Would stay there again.
