Convenient place to stay. In a new and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to the aquarium. Clean, and comfortable

Our stay was perfect for our family. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall enjoyed our stay and the room accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Lots of room for all of us.

This was a great overnight stay on a road trip of California. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had a good amount of items to choose from. The 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate were a nice touch. The location was convenient to town. We would stay here again.

we got two rooms both 1 bedroom king bed with sofa bed its very spacious its like an apartment without a stove we did bbq in the patio as well and use the sauna near all the attractions breakfast is pretty good will stay here again

Nice receptionist when we arrived at night! Clean and nice size room! Complementary morning breakfast was good!

I was given room 224, and with the windows completely closed and with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep as there were two huge HVAC units making very loud noise just few feets from our window. On the next morning I explained to the receptionist that we couldn't get any sleep because of the noise coming from the HVAC units, and I asked for a different room. She said that the hotel is a peak capacity and they don't have any rooms available right now, but if someone checks out, she will call me. I saw many people checking out, but she never called and we end up spending another sleepless nights in the same room. I spend close to $800 for 2 nights, and I was expecting to at least to be able to sleep. Otherwise the hotel is OK.

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly/helpful staff. We would definitely stay again.

The property is more new, the bar area is in the area next door which was not a huge deal but removed. The rooms are standard to this type of property but the water pressure was horrible

Excellent place to stay

Everything about this property was great. The highlight was the indoor pool and breakfast! First, the staff at breakfast were awesome, they were on top of making sure things were stocked and the area was clean. The breakfast offerings were by far the best I've seen at any hotel breakfast offering. I love that they had non-dairy options. It's really hard traveling with a kiddo who has a dairy allergy. But the fact that they had 3 different non-dairy milk options, including oat milk, was 5 stars. The only negative if I had to point one out was that I wish there were more non-pork meat options available at breakfast. But I know that's really minor in the scheme of things, we don't eat pork and it would have been nice to see a turkey sausage option. They did have the impossible breakfast sausage, which is vegetarian. My kids were excited that the pool was indoor so they could swim, because it was cool and foggy at night. The pool did not seem heated, although I swear I read something about the pool being heated. The hot tub was out of order, but that was not a big deal at all for us. They had a great outdoor patio with a fire pit. I did take advantage of the laundry room there, and it was easy to use and fairly inexpensive. You can do a load of laundry, wash & dry, for $4. Just download an app and add some funds or you can use quarters. This hotel was quick and easy drive over to the Monterey Bay aquarium, which is why we came to the area. The service was incredible, the person who assisted us at the check in was very kind and always willing to help .... Very good facilities, family trip. We would definitely come back.

They did a great job getting our room switched when I mistakenly booked the wrong one. Also really accommodating with our dog.
