Our stay at Home2 in Billings exceeded expectations in everyway but most impressive was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. It didnt matter who we encountered their kindness came through in so many ways, holding a door, catching the elevator, offering the wheelchair, friendly greeting, care for my dad who just had surgery....
Not to mention the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you!

We did not feel safe when going to the car in the evening so always went with 3-4 people. The landscaping had many weeds and needs to be cleaned up. The room itself felt clean, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. They should replace them.

Property was nosy. Could hear kids jumping off the bed above me until wee hours of the night. Also their microwaveable breakfast emtrees are horrible and their waffle batter maxhine never worked the whole time of my stay. I think they need to take the shredded ottoman out of the room as well. Its a bummer to pay this kind of money for a mediocre hotel at best
