Received a notice about a noise complaint for kids running in the hallways when my kids weren’t even there. Attempted to call front desk no answer. It was embarrassing because I came back from a business meeting w a partner to this on the door

The front desk guy Alex i think? Was great he accommodated our family during dinner and went over and beyond. Whoever worked 3-21-25 night shift. He was awesome and cheerful and outgoing. Perfect person for your front desk

We got in about 3:30 on a Friday. The front desk person was great, and the lobby looked amazing. Our room was very nice and looked just like the pictures. Breakfast the next morning was alright, a standard continental. There was only one person working the kitchen area, and with what seemed like a full house, she was very busy. The morning front desk person did step away for a little bit when we were going to check out, but she was still courteous and apologized for the wait. All in all, a great hotel and hopefully will be back!

The facility is great, new and clean. tons of space in our room. The exercise room was top notch. The only down fall to our stay was the breakfast was terrible. And the service at keeping the breakfast stocked was poor. I would definitely stay there again but be sure to bring your own breakfast or have a plan.

Service was great. Hotel advertised a restaurant and bar but had neither so we had to find some place to eat which was made even more difficult with the storm. The starr were amazing though and very helpful!!!
