We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice and the room was clean.

The hotel was very nice. I enjoyed my stay. The parking situation and front door entry were confusing to find- clearer instructions would be helpful.

The staff is lovely, knowledgable and professional. The breakfast was nice but closed a bit early. The room was ok, but had a strange uriny moldy smell. The front desk sent me a cleaning spray up to the room but I went out next day and bought a room spray. The bed was not nearly as nice (sheets blankets and comfortable mattress) as the other similarly priced hotels in the area. Even the other H2 hotel in town was nicer, and the bed had more luxurious bedding and mattress. I wanted to bring my daughter to visit at the pool but it was not nice enough to invite her. It is small, on the second floor with high traffic noise and the amenities and tables were discolored with chipped fading paint and a full surrounding deck in need of replacement. Do not go to this hotel for the pool. But you would like to stay close to the medical center and have easy access to Munger and the arts district, its OK. I'd give it a 6 on a scale of 1-10.

Lobby was clean, staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Breakfast was good however after taking it back to the room and touching it a few hours later, it contained bugs.

The only complaint I have is a delay check-in. We did not get checked in until 3:30 3:45

The hotel was very clean. The lobby was well kept very welcoming. My room was clean and spaciuos. We only booked one night wish i could of stayed longer..

Dirty carpet

I rented a room at Home2Suites to undergo major surgery at a nearby hospital. There was some sort of room key malfunction upon check in so we were issued a new room altogether. Well, the front desk clerk, Angelina, apparently didn't change our room number in the system because we were barged in on by housekeeping and the front desk staff on the afternoon AND evening of Sunday 5/11. Front desk called us about 10 minutes after the first barge in, wanting our name and information to confirm our reservation. We provided the information requested and still had the front desk barge in on us at 9:36 Sunday night and again while my husband was POOPING the next morning at 9:35! The incident that takes the cake though happened Sunday evening around 7:00pm. I needed to access our room after dinner but my partner accidentally left the key in the room. So I popped by the front desk and got a keycard. Went up to the room but the keycard did not work. I went back to the front desk where I was told I needed to wait until he got done checking in other guests. About 5 to 10 minutes goes by and he grabs a set of master keys and goes up to our room, 412. However, his master didn’t work either. He then explained to me that we have no choice but to wait on his supervisor to call who is dealing with a family emergency at another local hospital. I was visibly upset!! I needed in my room. As he walked away he mumbles “We can at least act civilized” — Excuse me?? I denied the 2nd night stay on my cc,

Everything was clean, generally well cared for & appeared relatively new. The lobby was open & pleasant. Staff were friendly & helpful. Food selection at breakfast was very good & kept fresh. It would have been good to understand that the parking garage wasn't attached. There was just an area on one side of the building to park temporarily in order to check in & unload luggage before parking next door. Not one single luggage cart was available inside. Very few USB plugs in room & one worked poorly. Mattress & pillows needed to be retired. No fault of the hotel, but night street noise was bad, at least Saturday night.

My friend and i was amazed by how clean and spacious the room was, and i liked that there is a big window coz i want natural light to come in from outside, it brightens the room. Only thing i noticed is the flush from the cr, i noticed that around 1am, the flush is not working. And then after a few minutes, my friend tried the flush and it worked again. It may be a minor one but what if you really need it? But other than that, it was a pleasant experience staying there.

Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable place to stay.

When we first checked in the room smelt like feet. Almost to make you gag. No wifi and i thought i ordered that...not sure...overall it was a fair stay...usually alot cleaner and fresher that this time
