Home2 Suites by Hilton Rapid City

First time stay at Home2 Suites and I’m very impressed! One of the best stays with very fair rates, excellent service and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time. We all would've live a few more days! Each of the staff were all warm and inviting. They really seem to care about our experience. The Waterpark was fantastic. We jist wiah it was open for more then four hours. Because of rhis we were only able to go one time out of our two night and three day stay. Thw only thing we werwnt crazy about was thw breakfast. We feel there could have been a few more food options. Everything else was wonderful. The room was a delightful surprise. The size, the kitchenette, the giant tub..which I never got to use! We could see buffalo out of our window in thw morning. Thw fire pit at night. It was an all around great stay and we would love to come back soon!

There were soooo many people at the hotel using the watiki that weren't staying at the hotel... kinda cringe. Same with breakfast. The staff and service was very nice. Just need to regulate the people that aren't staying there. And the dogs were barking right next to our room

Excellent service

Great stay especially the water park, bar and restaurants. Breakfast was crowded and folks were allowed to have dogs in the middle of all that breakfast traffic. Human coughs and dog barks. Ended up eating in my room. Bit chaotic for 7am. Overall worth the stay. Staff was great!

Our room is like a home away from home. We got what we needed, so clean, bed and pillows were so wonderful. I slept well during our stay. The food during breakfast are great. Great access to waterworks/ watiki. Overall very good stay. We will definitely come back in this hotel when in town.

Good service

Nice staff and good location. Water park was nice but at times really busy.

We arrived a little before check in time, to get our water park bracelets and the young man said they might have an available room. He checked and sure enough there was a room ready! I was so happy about that. Check in was amazing and quick. Upon entering our room, we felt comfort and joy. It was clean and inviting. My daughter was so happy, they picked out their bed and started getting relaxed. We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness. We went for my daughters seventh birthday, she wanted to go to the water park. And it was connected to our hotel. The morning breakfast was amazing! And the friendliness of the staff was awesome! And they had coffee. We are definitely staying at Home2 Suites again!

Nice clean place. Big clean room with great kitchen. Close to where I needed to be. Pools galore.

Fun for the entire family

The hotel was nice and clean. The connection to the waterpark was nice, and only a short walk. Parking became a little problematic with an event going on next door, but I would stay here agian.

Our bathroom door wouldn't close correctly so staff put us in another room. The breakfast was not good except for the yogurt. Polite staff, limited use of the pool (4-10 pm) and industrial furnishings. Not very comfortable beds bur better than the seat of your car. The pool is shared by several hotels by the way.

Did not like the fact that it didn’t have its own hot tub. I had to go all the way to the waterpark, which is a long walk for someone who is using a hot tub for pain therapy. Overall, it was a good experience. I was not there for the waterpark experience, so I’m sure if I stay there again it will be for that reason, but I do not think that it should only open at four in the afternoon during the week that leaves a lot of time that someone could be enjoying that for the price that they pay.
