Home2 Suites by Hilton Temple

Location is great for food options. Front desk was nice. Rooms are spacious, and breakfast had variety. Actual room is just okay. Stains on the carpet, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom, and a small bug in the fridge.

Hotel was overbooked and no one called about my booking.

The room was clean. And staff was friendly.

Was a nice property , and in a great location around lots of good choices to grab a bite to eat. Only problem I had was when taking a shower the hot water did not last very long

When I got to my room it was about 7:30pm. I had been driving up from Houston after a very long day, was tired and hungry. I checked in, Katherine at the front desk was very nice to deal with. Dropped my stuff and headed out to get some dinner. What I didn't notice when i first went into the room was the dishwasher had overflowed and there was water on the floor. I then looked into the sink, and it looked like the drain had backed up into the sink. I got a towel and cleaned up the water on the floor. I then notified Katherine and included a photo of the sink. I let her know I was okay and didn't need someone to respond. Then to top it all of I could not get the TV to turn on. I let Katherine know, she came up (which I was very surprised that a woman is allowed to go into a man's hotel room unescorted). The remote would only work if it was 6" away from the black control box. No need for a remote at that point. I asked if we could put new batteries in the remote. Katherine supplied new batteries, but it didn't help. I don't want to complain about Homes2Suites in general, but this stay was rather disappointing. I asked if i could be moved to another room and was told you could not do that. Anyway, I survived. Would recommend having more than one person on staff at night, or a maintenance person.

This hotel was great! Clean rooms, nice staff. I was a little upset at the wait time to actually get into my room due to rooms not being cleaned, but I understand things happen. Breakfast was good as well.

Cleanliness, staff were friendly and available for our needs.

From check in to check out everyone was so kind, friendly and we had a wonderful stay!!!

Property meets all my needs. Excellent location distance to my trip location, clean, safe, reasonably quiet, reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and bed was comfortable too. Many dining choices within walking distance.

The elevator didn’t work, the hot water in the shower didn’t work.

We had to stay here for over a week while a family member was in the hospital. The rooms were nice size, the property was always clean, the staff very friendly. I will stay here again.

Tv was broken in my room. Was told I would not be charged for the night.

We had a great stay the only thing that was a negative was our mattress was extremely hard so we didn’t sleep well

Hotel lobby and room is very clean. Staff is friendly.

I’ve stayed with Hone 2 Suites many times there in Temple, Tx. This last time the room needed cabinet doors replaced and one found cause it no where to be found

I appreciated the friendliness of staff and the personal touch of getting a text to make sure I didn’t need anything.

We loved our studio with 2 Queens and the sofa bed for 3 friends. It was a great room for a quick stay on our way south.

Good. Would do it again.

Only issue is our room was next to an exterior exit. Other guests coming and going made a lot of noise coming and going so it was hard to get to sleep. There needs to be one of those springs placed on the door so it shuts but slowly.
