Nice people, affordable stay, simple, not luxurious, nice location, food places all around, pharmacy, grocery stores... very convenient. I met the front desk, Juanita, the GM ms Q and ivonne. Very nice ladies!

The room and bedding were dirty. The bathroom was very nasty. My room was covered in roaches. We went to office and they gave us a can of roach spray and said sorry!!!! That’s it!!!! Very unprofessional. They said they only change bedding every seven days. I will not stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone else I know.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed – Upgrade Denied After Payment (Stayed August 4–5) I had a very frustrating experience at this property during my stay on August 4–5. I reported maintenance issues, including a leaking sink and toilet, but nothing was resolved. I even paid for a room upgrade, but staff refused to move me—even after confirming my payment. The service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected better from a property listed on Expedia. I will not return.

It was horrible. We reserved 4 rooms. But during check-in the receptionist was taking forever to let us check-in and she said only 3 rooms are available while we reserved 4. When we received the keys, one of the rooms had guests already in the room. So basically we got two rooms. Then the receptionist was trying to find the third room. She eventually couldn’t find a third one. We informed hotels.com and tried to relocate our stay. But the whole process was taking hours. With all the guests waiting to get some rest, it was the most terrible experience we ever had. Finally we left the hotel and booked another hotel. Moreover, the rooms and the washrooms are not clean. This hotel is not recommended at all.

The lady was really nice. Other than that. The room was terrible. The pictures are nothing compared to what the rooms actually look like. The toilet needed to be fixed. It wasn't flushing, you had to open the top to let it fill up the water. A lot of damage to the walls and they were patched over but not painted. Floor was dirty in the kitchen area. As well as the shower. Shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. I honestly didn't want to have my shoes off at all in this hotel. I pretty much booked it because the pictures looked really nice. And expedia has a high rating for them, a higher rating, and I don't even know how it had such a high of a rating. This hotel reminds me of one of those motel 6s on t v that are really dirty and raunchy, and I just don't understand how people could sleep in a place like that comfortably i'm honestly surprised I didn't find any bed bugs.

The manager was very friendly, I had to spray the room for small roaches, the toilet sunk to one side whever I would sit on it, seems like there's a hole in the flooring on one side where the toilet is situated, however, I stayed on the 3rd floor & it was very quiet & peacefull. Overall 3/5 stars

Terrible experience. TV and heater didn't work and it was 19 degrees that night. All the faucets leaked and everything inside and out was dirty. Only reason we had to stay is multiple fights at DFW airport were canceled and over 1600 people were trying to book hotels and this all I could find.

This hotel was awful! It was filthy, there was a hole in the wall. There was dirt and hair on the bed. It took the front desk clerk at least 30 minutes to come to the window. There was no sign that she was away. As we were leaving there was a homeless person sleeping on their bags on the curb just feet away from someone’s room door. The pictures on your website are NOT what this place looks like. We could not even stay there. We lost the $$ we paid to stay in this place due to a no refund policy. In this case I feel like it should be refunded. We did not feel safe and it looked like a health hazard.
