Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo-Airport

My room was nice, spacious, and clean. I loved the new shower, and we slept comfortably in our king size bed. I would definitely reccomend staying here.

Good customer service, nice rooms.

The Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a long time. The room was almost like a small apartment. It felt like a home away for home.

Beautiful property. Rooms were spacious and front desk was nice. Breakfast had lots of options and food was fresh.Only bad thing is the noise from the airplanes but I would still stay again regardless.

I am a loyalty customer of Homewood Suites! However, the experience this time really disappointed me: 1/ bathroom sink clogged 2/ fridge did not work 3/ bathroom door doesn't close 4/ shampoo bottle totally empty I don't think I will return to this location again.

Beautiful hotel, great room, helpful friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more from my hotel.

The hotel staff was great and the breakfast was awesome but the room itself was not what I was expecting at that price. The carpet was dirty the bed was uncomfortable and the room was either freezing cold or extremely stuffy. The sink and shower were not draining properly and it made always a mess everywhere to be frank was not good

Arrived at Homewood for our stay, showed are conformation of our room by Hotels.com and the hotel said we had no reservations as the hotel cancelled because they called us to confirm are stay at 11 in the morning ( check in 4) and no o e answered. Asked what number they called and the number was not mine, they blamed Hotel.com as that was number they gave them. So i asked for a room and they were fully booked, i have done lots of traveling and never had a hotel cancel when Hotels.com confirmed are reservations The manager was rude and not helpful, thanks for a young man who said he would call other places for us ( call 7 all booked) finally the 8th had a room. It was a drive but at least we had a place to stay We will never book a Homewood again

Hotel was great overall! Room was quiet clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the best I've seen at a hotel! Both were a great temperature, clean and big! Beautiful courtyard area. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, had nice options though like non-dairy overnight oats and chai pudding. Water pressure in the shower was awful but that's the case at every hotel I've ever stayed at lol. Other than that hotel was awesome, great location, central to so much!! Will stay again!!

Great location and friendly staff. Bathroom was very outdated and stained in the bathtub. Carpets were also dingy. Beds were nice. Breakfast was ok at best.

My family and I stayed here one night on our way to Columbus, Ohio. For an airport hotel, it was really nice. Staff was excellent, the room was very clean and modern, pool and hot tub was very clean and operating as expected, and the breakfast food was good. Bonus was the happy hour the day we were there with free drinks and snacks! Will definitely stay here again if we ever need to stop overnight in Buffalo!

Smelled bad

Spacious. Breakfast was great. Much better than expected.

This booking worked out, but HOTELS.com did not book our room after we had paid for it on the website. After an hour long phone call with customer service, we were able to get a room and get settled in.

The hotel is old need upgrading. The housekeeping does not clean your room unless you request it. The over all room has odor and smells.

Roomy suite in excellent condition. Convenient location with very nice amenities pool, gym etc. great staff especially Zy.
