Room is huge, complete with kitchen amenities. Lobby has a pantry for late night snacks. Location can be more convenient with a car, otherwise a bit of a lonely walk going to nearby Alderwood Mall.

Room 128 didn’t have hot water and staff said there was nothing they could do. They said they would issue “points” to compensate but never did. Over all disappointed

This was our second visit and now is our new favourite go to place to stay. Love the games room, patio and common area. Feels like home away from home. Breakfast was great too. Staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back again.
