I would have rated excellent in all areas if our room was cleaned, towels changed and trash cans emptied. We were there for 5 nights. No one ever came into our room to clean and replace towels. I know it stated every other day but as I said above no one ever came to our room. I finally had to go to the desk and report this and still no one came to our room. I had to ask for clean towels on the 3rd. day.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious. Sadly the TV did not work which I reported but told it was down to the weather but would clear but it didn't. Also having only one lift working was a real issue. On occasions it took up to 10 minutes for the lift to arrive so we took the stairs.

Nice property that has been remodeled. Didn’t have time for breakfast but last time it was great! Bed very comfortable and sleep was no issue. Shower was hot! Great place and plenty of parking, sport court, workout room and pool area! Great for families!

I use them when I travel for work. Everything is nice & clean except that they clean the room only once in 2 days. I prefer everyday clean like many other places
