Conveniently located, friendly staff; good breakfast. However, the bathroom door scrapes the bathroom light, and the wait for the elevator can be long.

It was nice to use the baggage hold system while we explored after we checked out. The room wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t any conditioner. It took a long time to get it. The tub wasn’t very clean.

Must have been some problems with the air conditioning. Room was cool but would have liked it cooler. Other than that it was a nice room.

We were in town for a concert with my daughter and a few of her friends. The first room we were booked in was absolutely filthy. The bed was frayed, couch with visible stains, the kitchen floor sticky, mold in the bathroom and peeling wallpaper. For the price I paid, we were very displeased! Went down to the front desk where the staff was very friendly however, they booked us into another room. Definitely cleaner, the bed was still frayed and housekeeping (which is supposed to come every other day) never came throughout our 4 day stay. We had trash piling up, had to call multiple times for towels, blankets and the room did not even have spare sheets for the pull out couch. Was disappointed to say the least for the price that was paid for this location on top of the fact that this was a Hilton hotel. I expected more.

Our stay was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Reason for a 3 star is because hotel wasn’t as well kept as pictures described. Hotel needs to be renovated. Tub would fill up as you’d shower, vents were rusty and detaching, carpet needs to be cleaned and wallpaper is peeling off.

Hotel staff were very helpful and kind! Some restaurants within walking distances but mainly needed an Uber to get around.

Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were friendly and courteous. Appreciate the kind staff who helped me at breakfast my last day! Great location to the convention center, metro, and Safeway across the street.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the hotel was close to all of the museums

We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was so kind and helpful with any questions we asked! Breakfast was fresh, hot and the options changed daily. The walk to the metro was only about 2.5 blocks so that made getting around simple and safe!

It was so convenient and within walking distance to museums

Good location only one elevator worked and ac and fan took awhile to start working

Actually a very beautiful room. The one issue is only one elevator works. The other is I didn't realize that I was going to cost me $65 a night to park my car. But I should have done some more research I guess. DC taxes are ridiculous. Other than that very friendly and a very nice hotel

I really enjoyed the staff, they were so friendly, the area was safe and convenient for what I needed to do during my stay. Grocery store nearby was very convenient and although I do not travel with my dogs, I enjoyed seeing dogs almost everyday I was there, as they were a dog welcoming hotel.

Accommodating, excellent, attentive, friendly staff. Absolutely coming back when I frequent DC for work of leisure! Mahalo staff!

Nice and clean hotel in a very convenient area. The only thing i could complain about is that only one elevator was working and the hotel was very busy so we would have to wait a while for it. But other than that, the rooms were nice and clean and our stay was very pleasant.

I had everything I needed, convenience of grocery store across the street and a mini studio apartment. Lovely!

They did everything possible to accomodate us as soon as possible as we had come in on a redeye flight and were tired.

Toilet seat, broken, you could feel the springs in the bed as you laid down. kitchenette had no pots and pans in the stove didn’t even work.

The furniture in the room I was in needs upgrading, was looking quite worn out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the elevators were a bit inefficient and sketchy. Made weird noises. Toilet didn’t work the first night and first morning but staff fixed it.
