We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff is amazing, the food in the restaurant is good (although a smidge pricey), the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, even on a day when we didn’t leave the room until 4 PM! There are some reviews that mention the small bathrooms, and that’s not an exaggeration. It’s the smallest bathroom I’ve been in that didn’t have a flight attendant call button and a fasten seat belts sign. But it’s functional…just takes some getting used to. Overall, though, it was a fantastic experience!

Pet friendly, parking in garage is $50 a day, air was either freezing or stuffy, bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship, pillows were too soft and had to be folded in half to get support. restaurant on site has limited menu and only open certain times of day. Good location for Fox theater and other nearby venues. For the dogs, there is a small green space for relief and play.

Hello, I want to make it clear that the hotel clerk at the desk was not the problem. My low rating of the check-in process reflects the system itself, not the employee. The clerk was polite and apologetic once the issue was resolved. The problem began with the booking process through Hotels.com. When I booked, I was given the option to either pay in full through the app or pay at the hotel. I chose to pay through the app, which I will not do again. At check-in, it appeared that the hotel could not locate the access key or confirmation provided by the third-party app. This caused about a 20-minute delay, which was frustrating after a long trip. What shocked me most, however, was the incidental fee. I fully understand the purpose of incidentals, but being charged over $750 is excessive. I was later told that this hotel charges $150 per night, which explains the total, but I have never encountered such high incidental fees anywhere I’ve traveled. For comparison, my stay with taxes came to about $1,300, but with the additional $750 hold, my credit card reflected a $2,050 balance. That’s a significant and unexpected increase, and while the hotel immediately takes the incidental fee, guests must then wait several business days for it to be released. This practice is especially hard on travelers who may be on a budget. I also attempted to cancel my reservation through Hotels.com once I learned of the incidental fee, but was unable to. Had I chosen to hold the reservation and pay in

There is a deposit each day if you book here. We had to pay $450.00 for three nights, there is not parking around unless you want to pay over 80 a night so you kind of have to pay to park in their parking deck which is $50.00 daily. There is also a “historic” fee for $20 a day they do not tell you about. There was a smell the whole time we were there. The bathroom is super small. The bed is comfortable and they only have cable T.V. I will not be returning here.

Pictures were deceiving on the website. Looked super nice and cute, once we got in, it was just OKAY at best. For 140$ a night I would expect the rooms to be more clean for that price. Could barely move in the bathroom since it was the size of a closet. Paint was chipping of the walls and the floors and tables had dust and dirt like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few days. Parking was atrocious. Street parking is a max of 4 hours and if you park behind the building in the parking garage, it’s 50$ a day or 30$ a night. So that means since we were only there for a night, it was a total of $170 to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Look somewhere else if you want a good experience if midtown.

It’s well located if you’re going to the Fox Theater. Other than that, the hotel feels a little tired. It was restored at some point, but it feels tired now. My mattress had a weird odor, the bathroom was smaller than ones in NYC hotels, and the decor was sad. It would be great if the hotel could put some warmer light bulbs in the table lamps. The ones in my room were bright white like a hospital. Eeek!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across the famous Fox Theater and the Marta station is only a few minutes away by walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom size. It's quite small by American standard.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was great — clean, comfortable, and I loved that it had a coffee maker (which many hotels don’t have anymore!). The bathroom was a bit small but totally functional. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. My only comment is that the restaurant menu felt a bit limited, but everything looked nice. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
