Cute boutique hotel

This hotel has a nightclub/restaurant in the main floor and it is LOUD in the evening. If you are hoping to get a decent nights sleep, this is not the hotel for you. The room was not “dirty”, but it wasn’t very clean either. This is a strange hotel, I would not stay here again:

The room was over the restaurant that played loud music that kept me awake. Also, other patrons were very noisy in the hallway, talking loudly and slamming doors. It was constant noise in this NoMa hotel.

Unfortunately, a few french fries from the previous guest was left in the floor by the headboard. Clearly an oversight by housekeeping. On another night, had to request washcloths, as none were in the room.

I was VERY disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned .

Very clean , plenty of parking

The hotel had minimal offerings. I was hoping for at least weights in the fitness center. The gentleman at the front desk could not answer questions. For example, he did not know when the restaurant stopped serving food. He told me to go and ask them. I found it odd at the front desk that they didn’t have the answer to a basic question. The elevators smelled like weed. The room was OK but worn and minimal. Like a lot of hotels, it looks better on than website than it actually was. We were visiting to look at the college nearby. This hotel will not be on my list to stay at if we return. Something about it just did not make me feel comfortable or welcomed.

Great location, convenient for a one-night stay, clean, and front desk staff were friendly.

Not great - we were awoken at 2:30am with a fire alarm blaring throughout the entire hotel. Went on for approximately 15 mins until the fire dept arrived. When checking out I asked the desk clerk what had happened. HIs reply was oh there was a malfunction sorry. No consideration or any further explanation. Very weak.

They did overcharged 76 us dollars that id didn't back and i am waiting for 50 us dollars that they hold during the stay

The rooms radiator was extremely loud and the carpet was very dirty

I got woken up out my sleep by a fire alarm. The staff never addressed this nor gave me an explanation. Very unprofessional.

Ok so first night just drove in from 24 hour drive exhausted I am disable have trouble walking have a service dog and they put me on 5th floor. Ok I figured I didn’t want to start trouble first night. We go to our room around 9 pm I go to walk my dog and the elevators are out no warning no notification I call cause I thought maybe I was imagining it. So the girl gos yes they r out. So I said so u don’t notify the people When r they going to be fix. She doesn’t k ow I tell her I am on 5 th floor I can walk up 5 flight and I need to walk dog what do I do she goes I guess u need to walk down 5 flights. No let me see if I can get u help no assistance at all. Finally my dog had to go 4 am elevator still not working had to walk down and up 5 flights had to go to doctors next day for chest pains. Then asked in morning when will they be fix and if we were going to be compensated for the inconvenience answer to both was no and I don’t k ow. I felt like a prisoner in the hotel cause I could not walk up and down 5 flights. When it was fix was around 4 pm next day Unbelievably and no compensation for the inconvenience at all

I hotel staff was very accommodating. I wish they served a free breakfast if only consisting a muffin or pastries.

The experience was good
