Howard Johnson by Wyndham Arlington Ballpark / Six Flags

The staff was very nice and it was close to the stadium. Good parking. Every thing was clean and it was a nice room.

It doesn’t have a breakfast (coffee and creamer only) or pool but it is clean . We have stayed here the last two years and have no complaints . I think it is priced a little high

Overall stay was okay but not sure if they were training staff but when we checked in it took 30mins total. Seems a bit long when I had prepaid on the app and all my info was on there already. They also charged me a $50 deposit for non smoking? Seemed a bit odd.

Female employee doing check in on 2/22 was extremely rude. She made the impression she didn’t want to be there. Just horrible experience. No breakfast, entrance to elevator was tight and a pain in butt. Super noisy due to highway, road noise ALL night

Nice, well run place for modest business travelers

If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep it works fine. However, there is no food. Not even a continental breakfast. Just coffee only.

Liked having a balcony. Room was very clean. Overall great experience

It was really quiet Nice place for the price there was on housekeeper who seemed to have an attitude when I asked for things but overall a nice stay would stay again if I needed to…..no breakfast

I always go here for business and it is clean/quiet. Walkable to On The Border when need a break. Best price in the area. Close to everything.

It was great place to stay and very convenient to areas but it would of been nice if they had breakfast that’s the only downside to this place

First off, our flight was cancelled due to a severe storm. The hotel refused to refund us for one night's stay. Other hotels in the area offered refunds or future credit. Secondly, every Howard Johnson offers breakfast and there was no breakfast. This was advertised and there was nothing. The hotel is dated and was not overly clean.

Clerk didn’t have a clue

The property was fine, but just because it has a balcony as a picture does not mean you’ll get an actual balcony if you get the two double beds that is always on the first floor and the first floor does not have true balconies. They have a sidewalk that people can walk on And they go right by your door right by your glass door that could easily get broken or broken into I tried to talk to the manager, and he was the rudest human I’ve ever met in my life. I told him I did not feel safe and he told me that was not his problem and there was plenty of hotels around the area. The hotel was nice. It was fine. It was clean the daytime. Young girl was nice the late night young guy was completely rude and should not be in customer service so hotel is fine if you want it to be quieter you’re gonna have to ask for a room on the inside of the hotel meaning not the room that faces the highway because it is so loud you hear every car that’s on the highway and it is so loud so it’s decent hotel for the money not any issues with the hotel itself just the staff and the fact that just because it says balcony or just because it has a balcony picture does not mean that you will have a true balcony per the manager

I tried to extend my stay , staff was not helpful and told me I had to contact customer support, when I did they told me to talk to the staff . I wasn’t gonna go back and forth with them so I booked somewhere else. Just wish they were a little more helpful with that .
