Very convenient spot for visiting New York. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. Nice hotel and service was great. Would be nice to have parking options in the hotel area, valet parking $150 per night.

My room was very old and a bit rundown. Staff was wonderful. Location is perfect. If I ever stay here again, it will only be because of the location. Unfortunately the hotel needs some renovations and updating.

This hotel offers a great location next to Grand Central Station. Overall though it was a bit disappointing.
The double bed room we had was small, with a sofa-like seat under the window that was just squeezed in and really unusable.The bathroom in particular was small but clean. THE ROOM SMELLED OF MOLD. The small fridge was a nice extra.
Upon checkout you have to pay $4 PER ITEM (suitcases and backpacks) for luggage storage which is usually something you expect to be included, especially when approaching a $425/night rates. It seemed like a weird cash grab.

The hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient and connected to Grand Central station, and close to everything. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly, which made our stay mostly pleasant. However, we were caught off guard by a $75 per day per room destination fee that wasn’t clearly disclosed at booking. While they offer a $15 store voucher as part of this fee, it only covers one or two overpriced items at the on-site market, which felt more like a gimmick than a real benefit.
One major downside was that I accidentally left personal items in the room dresser. I reported it promptly through the hotel’s lost and found and via the website, but unfortunately, nothing was recovered. This left me disappointed with their lost and found process. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the hidden fees and lack of accountability for lost items were big drawbacks. The housekeeping is stingy with wash towels and body lotions.
