For a Hyatt Regency, this hotel is lacking amenities like robes/slippers for guest. No food available between 11 and 4. Down market snack selection for purchase in the "lobby". This is an adaptive reuse of a spectacular 1890s commercial building but it does not work well as a hotel.

This hotel is older but has been updated very nicely. Room was comfy and clean, and room service was great. The restaurant was closed for updating but food was still available at the cool little bar or thru room service. Unfortunately, we got assigned a room that was right above the loading dock and the trash pickup area, and there was a lot of noise throughout 2 nights of our stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there. It’s in downtown Cleveland and there were cool bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again but would request a room on the other side of yhe arcade.

When we checked in- we were greeted by a gentleman named Ron- I believe if I heard correctly it was his first day back on the job. He was SO nice and pleasant and made sure to give us all the scoop. Hopefully this gets back to his manager so they know he was a great first person to talk to! Love staying at the Arcade.

Quick check-in - But, while sleeping durning the first night. My daughter was woken to water dripping on her while she slept. We called front desk and they sent maintenance right up and then we asked to be moved. They moved us with no hesitation. We were then contacted by hotel management and offered a $50.00 off food voucher. That was great but we had already eat dinner prior night and breakfast that morning equalling $170. The manager offered to pay our entire bill. But, upon check out the clerk only credited $110 for the breakfast. I sent a follow up email to the manager, but have not received a reply.

This was a nice hotel. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice in the morning with hot items and yoghurt and oatmeal and fruit and waffles. We were able to enjoy the pool even though it was quite cold. Very spacious. Our room did look over the freeway, but if you turn the bathroom fan on, it masks, the noise.
