Had a pleasant stay at this location! We did not feel unsafe walking around at night and hotel staff were prompt in fulfilling requests for robes and slippers.

The check in was easy and the receptionist was very pleasant and willing to change our room because the one reserved for us wasn 't ready. The room was squeaky clean and a little larger than usual. The bed was very comfortable. Having a store for sundries and gifts would have added to the experience, as would have a coffee shop or cafe.

Cost benefit at this hotel is a bit off sincereky, its kind of old (rooms) and my room was noisy all night, not sure what it was but from inside the hotel.

What a fantastic experience from the Hyatt Regency SOMA. My daughter and I came to SF for a concert and arrived earlier than the standard check in time but the front desk handled this with ease.
The rooms are excellent, the bar was friendly, and everything was first class

The check in was great, they have a snack/food store in the lobby, açaí power bowl was good. One thing I did have to do during the stay was call the front desk to turn off the fan in the bathroom, right when i got into the room, there was a high fan noise coming from the bathroom; i kept looking for the off button (there isn’t one). Staff sent an engineer up and took care of the humming noise for me. Super helpful and accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt DT SOMA. Location is very convenient; a lot of tourist attractions within walking distance. Hotel is clean, not outdated and rooms are sound proof. Also, surrounding area is pretty safe. Will def stay here next time
