Wonderful resort! Very helpful staff, pool area is exceptional. My only suggestion is to have more food options that are family friendly. The high end bars and ethic restaurants don’t work well for families.

My stay was very pleasant. There were many things to do. The only recommendation I would like is that they could offer a variety of more typical foods, such as pizza and hamburgers, in the pool area.

The two down falls about the property was that the hallway to the room was really warm all of the time and the water in the shower took a (long) while to heat up.
The water park and sitting areas were immaculate. Tia restaurant was a great experience and wonderful food.

This property is beautiful but the service is lacking. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are perfect. We had some great service in certain areas but in others like renting a cabana and pending top $$ they were very lacking in responsiveness.

Loved the property - it was beautiful, clean, spacious. Rooms were not as nice as I would’ve liked but the cleanliness made up for it. Downside is the adult only pool options. I was told the adult only pool seating had to be reserved and when I looked it up it was an additional cost.

Beautiful property! The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was beautiful. The pools are amazing. Got the best night sleep on their comfortable beds. I would recommend highly.

We got two rooms and one of our rooms had roaches that must’ve came out at night. When waking up in the morning we found 2 in our bathroom and scattered up the wall into a vent when the bathroom was in use. Made our stay afterwards like we were walking on eggshells.

Celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and my husband’s 78 Birthday. Reserved a Cabana by the Lazy River. Our pool attendant, Davis was the best. Please recognize him. We were waited on by Favis with kid gloves. The birthday amenities and a big surprise for our anniversary celebration was “awesome” We love the JW Marriott with my Bonvoy membership. Jere and I Highly recommended this Resort. Donna
