Hotels.com verified review

They didn’t have our room that we booked so gave us a room that was left over. Bathtub had strange curved sides so standing to shower was uncomfortable. Drains in sink and shower had no covers. Tiny bathroom.

The hotel was booked solid although now I wonder why. The front door of the hotel was broken and stood open the whole time I was there. The phone in my room was disconnected and did not work. No one attempted to fix it. The hand rail in the bath tub had rusted off the wall. I wanted to take a bath but could not because I knew that with no hand rail support once I was down in the tub I would not be able to get out.so I did not get a bath. Not good! The elevator shut down twice while I was there...I'm so glad I wasn't in it at the time. The only thing good about my stay was the bed. It was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The hotel is in bad need of remodeling (woodwork, carpet, walls) If Wyndam has any smarts at all, they will do this and do it soon. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? NO!

The shower floor creaked/squeaked obnoxiously loud. The entire third floor wreaked of marijana. Was instructed to park off hotel property. I did online check in to save time at front desk, had to go through the entire process again once we arrived. Bed linens smelled of urine. The list goes on…. 10/10 would not recommend!

Myself and my Husband stayed here one night, the front desk staff was Uber nice. The hotel lobby was decently clean until we went into our room. Our room looked it dingy, our towels were literally half cleaned, wad of blonde hair lent on the towels and I black hair and his hair is brown, the tub was absolutely gross it had old dried up cleaner all in it, bathroom door had legit BUTT print on the door from someone, the bed was old and had body indents on it, the tvs don’t go pass volume 19, and lastly they have a hot tub that’s only hot no BUBBLES. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.

Paid in advance through Hotels.com but had to pay again at the hotel because of error at Hotels.com. It took 8 tries to navigate the Hotels.Com/Expedia phone system to get a person. IExpedia messed up some rental care reservations last year and frankly when Expedia messes up its hard to get them to fix it. So I'm just going straight to the hotel now. If Expedia/ Hotels.Com wants to be a travel agent then you have to put some effort into making it easy to fix travel issues. I'm no longer doing business with Expedia/Hotels.com. Not worth the hassel for marginal to non existent savings.
