Great service, clean hotel. Easy to check in and out

Other then the delay in getting my room, it wasnt ready until 345, the stay was great. Room was very nice, good bed, friendly staff and the area was perfect for what we wanted.

Always stay here and never have any issues. They did change the check in policy this time and did not know. The card you put on file is the card that will be charge if you do the online pre check in. So if you want to use a different card, wait to check in when you get there. Also we kept having issues with our room key disconnecting. Every time we used the back door it would not work on our room door. So that was frustrating. We had to use the side door or front entrance and our room was close to the back door. But other than that it was a great stay. It was clean and it was quiet. Can’t hear the highway at all. Close to everything and we have stayed here multiple times. Love the breakfast and the fact it has a mini fridge!

I mean… why why the chemicals for cleaning. So bad. I woke ip with a scratchy throat. The lights were basically bright fluorescent. Ok probably LED but fluorescent vibes. Basement. Not basic. Basement. Honestly could not wait to leave. Worried all night about my car. Very few options in this area but $150 for this room was highway robbery! No I would not stay again. I would sleep in my car.

Property was great quiet and clean

We were very pleased with our stay of 1 night at this La Quinta. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very courteous and efficient.

The hotel is well kept and beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Price was great. 100 percent satisfied. Zero complaints.

The desk clerk on duty the morning we checked in displayed terrible customer service. First he says it’s too early to check in. I told him I called ahead to see if any rooms were available and was told there were and said we can check in early. The clerk acted like we were bothering him, but reluctantly gave us a room. We will not be using this property in the future.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby on both sides of the freeway. A really good area with easy access to DFW airport west entrance.

We have stayed multiple times here while attending Rangers or this time a Cowboy’s game, and we love it here!

It was nice and clean. Certain spots on the floors in the room looked like they were either unwaxed, or unmopped. The staff were really professional and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly; told us about the area and was always willing to accommodate us especially after having to extend our stay. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I was charged a surprise “reservation fee” in addition to the “Total” $94.70 hotel charge quoted by Expedia when I checked in. I don’t like being nickel and dimed like this. Other than this sneaky extra fee added to the “Total” hotel charge, the hotel was fine.

Absolutely rude staff and extremely inconsiderate with cleanliness

It was good but there was a surprise” fee of 5 dollars for registration non- refundable; it should have been included in the price given by you

Overall, the hotel was super clean. It is a new property so you would expect that. There were a few (minor things) the hotel could improve upon. First, there are no rails or grab bars in the shower. I almost fell several times. The bulky, provided shampoo items have been attached directly under the shower head making it difficult to stand directly under the shower. It is in the way. There is absolutely NO NO NO shower pressure- at all:(((( which makes for a long shower! There are no ashtrays around the property at all. I understand it is a smoke free “facility,” but let’s face it, you can’t tell people they can’t smoke, they are going to with or without your approval or ashtray, but an ashtray in a designated area will help keep your property cleaner. There were a lot of drunk, foul mouthed, bikers that hung out constantly in our lobby. They were there from the time we woke until all late into the night. The front staff allowed them to congregate in the lobby. They had ice chests and 12 packs of Budweiser everywhere. It wasn’t unusual to walk through and hear random MFs and other choice words. We thought it made the place look cheap to allow such behavior ALL weekend. It’s like they had nowhere to go, but the staff should have moved them into the nearby conference room to party. It was BAD!! All in all the hotel is in a great area, pretty much close to everything you could need or want. Breakfast wasn’t very good and is over at 9 am which was awful!!
