Very clean, friendly service. The only thing that we had trouble with was the door cards demagnatize if it touches your phone. We had to get several new cards.

The cleaning ladies that cleaned our room are sweet, respectful, kind, honest, and courteous. I made sure she got her tip she earned. She works hard and I respect and appreciate her job.

This hotel was very run down. They have two buildings and one was converted out of an old Lima bean silo which could have been cool but it hasn’t been properly maintained. The room had a bad smell which made my husband immediately ask if we could leave and sleep somewhere else. The elevator had patched up holes in it. The entire place smelled like cheap floor cleaner. It was just bad. We ended up leaving 2 hours earlier then we had to just to get out of that atmosphere.

From the outside, this place looked like a minimum-security prison. We walked in expecting the worst, but the lobby was surprisingly nice, so we thought, “Hey, maybe it’s not that bad!” Spoiler alert: it was that bad. The carpet in the room looked like it had survived a frat party, stains everywhere. The couch had mystery marks, the lamp shades had stains on them, and clearly the vacuum cleaner hadn’t seen the inside of that room in a very long time. There was dog hair, debris, and whatever else you don’t want touching your socks. Now for the good news: the beds, sheets, and pillow cases were clean! We checked. No bed bugs *praise Jesus! But just when we thought we’d found the silver lining, we noticed someone had jammed an incense stick into the bathroom outlet which just goes to show you what a terrible job housekeeping did. Honestly, the place had strong “rented by the hour” energy.

The room smelt funny and the water would not shut completely off. They should install an actual laundry facility for family to need to wash clothes. Additionally, I appreciate the breakfast. It was a tremendous help for our trip.

Sink in bathroom was filthy with someone’s hair still in it. We went and complained and the front desk weren’t any help so we left. We didn’t end up staying. The room did not look like it had a good cleaning in awhile.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. We booked at La Quinta in the Spectrum area of Irvine, but what we got felt more like being dumped in a converted barn. The building was old and isolated, and worst of all, it was right next to a railroad track. Every time a train passed by, the whole building shook like an earthquake—it was loud, constant, and impossible to sleep through. I had specifically requested a room on the bottom floor, but they completely ignored it and gave us a room on the 4th floor instead. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken, so we had to lug all our stuff up four flights of stairs—no help from staff, no apology, nothing. The room itself was dirty. The carpet was nasty—stained, sticky, and smelled awful. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. Overall, this place was a huge letdown. I would not stay here again and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or quiet stay.

The room was not great, there were dead moths, and live moths in the room. I killed a few spiders, the carpet was also dirty. The room was not cleaned during my stay. I feel there should be a warning that this hotel is literally right next to railroad tracks. Trains were coming at all hours and shook the hotel. On Friday morning a train was stopped for 1.5 hours (1am-2:30am) right outside of my window, it seem like it was adding or removing train cars. I will never stay here again, and will tell friends that is not a good place to stay.

Reserved a room with a pull out couch so my kids can sleep on. When we pulled out the bed it was disgusting! There was what looked like pubic hair, trash, dust. Which was extremely disturbing luckily we inspected it before letting our kids lay on it. We made a call ro the feont desk to get it resolved, their solution was for me to go to the front desk to pick up new sheets and change them ourselves. On top of that the shower head was leaking all over the place. Not only did the girl at the front desk have an attitude but was truly annoyed I had a problem with having a dirty bed. Being we had a soccer tournament and did not have time to get another hotel we had to stay otherwise we would not have stayed here and will not return ever!
