Front desk midnight shift was not only attentive but very respectful and helpful esp when it came to my kids requests. We asked for a roll away bed, we had it at our door within minutes.

Poor yard work. Grass has not been cut in a long time. Hallways smelled bad. Carpets very dirty. Back door security lock broken. Elevator broken floor and missing panel parts.

I reserved and paid for my room on hotels.com, but, on arrival, was asked for my phone number, ID, email address, and payment information. She “found” my reservation after I told her I had already paid. Space needs some deep cleaning evident in dusty corners and stained doors. Needs attention to details: the hand sanitizer in lobby not functioning and the landscape needs trimming. The bath towels were on a suitcase rack in the bathroom. No shelving or space to place the clean towels. There were 2 hooks for the three of us to hang our hand towels and bath towels. Right outside our window was a trash can. Bed was comfortable. Hot water was near instant. Good a/c. Good WiFi. Fair, basic breakfast.

Shower head was not working. Water went everywhere. Mold in the shower. The sink was too high and the mirror. I am 5'4''. Pool was not picked up with trash everywhere and broken chairs. Pillows were flat and the bed hard. The breakfast was fine but the auto toaster was burning pieces of fallen bread. Advertised a hot tub but there was not one. The view was of a power grid. The windows on the pool side had algae growing. The staff was friendly.

No hot water, no working phone in rooms, trash from previous people in the room was still in the rooms, the tv didn’t work. We had to move rooms because of no hot water then the second and only room they said they had available the tv didnt work and the phones didnt work in either room. It was advertised as having a hot tub but it was cemented in. The yard/landscape was very grown over and the back door going into the building didnt lock. The lady at the front desk said just pull on it hard and it will open. Because we booked with Expedia we couldn’t get our money back and the hotel wouldn’t help us except give us a different room but our first room had two beds and the only other room had one. It was not a good stay at all and I will not recommend anyone stay at this place!

Location is very old and run down. Odor as soon as you walk in. So many things broken. Broken tile floor in elevator. Carpet is nasty. Outside isn't kept up either. Tub was very slippery. No rails in the tub to help. The worse location I have ever stayed at.

This is an old, out of date property. The carpeting throughout is old and needs to be replaced. Our bathtub was rusted and the plug did not work. While showering, the water did not drain properly and I had to stand in an inch of watering while showering. The air conditioner did not work properly. We were warm all evening and it finally cooled down during the night . The plug behind the night stand is pulled out of the wall and looks unsafe. One positive is that the beds were comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel and I won’t stay here again

I booked this room for my Mom's visit. It took a long time to check, no one was at the front when we came to check in. The tv didnt work and the walls are paper thin. At check out, no one was at the front desk again and I had to go find the person again. I won't book with them again.

Hotel was adequate, just not luxurious! Comfortable and was accommodating for my needs. Hot water was tricky and no USB ports, but management was very friendly. They were making improvements they said, so hopefully it moves them up a notch.

I dont know what happened to this LaQuinta Inn. The LaQuinta brand has always been a sure thing as far as a good choice for a nice clean hotel stay. This LaQuinta is terrible. There were several other people complaining as well. The staff was very nice and tried to accomodate to the best of their ability, but you could tell, they were taxed with not enough help. Our initial room's toilet did not work. They moved us to the room next door. We were tired and hungry by then and so we left for awhile. Upon returning, we wanted to go for a swim, but the pool was filthy, there were dirty towels lying around and there was no hot tub as advertised. We did not get to enjoy a nightly swim and hot tub as anticipated, so went to bed. The next morning we discovered we had no hot water to shower with. We were told we could move again to another room for our shower. We did move, only to find the bathroom was less than clean, but we showered anyway. We went to check out and asked to speak to a manager as we felt we deserved a refund on our stay after this unsettling ordeal. We were told the manager was out of town but they would have her call. No one ever called us. We are very disappointed that a LaQuinta was operating this way. The poor guy behind the counter was trying to take care of complaints, get the breakfast out, and whatever else was going on. Finally another person came to help. This was totally unacceptable for a $150 hotel stay.

The room was clean, however was disappointed with the tv as I like to watch netflix when I wind down for the evening. The couch was supposed to be in my room and was not.... So, had to sit in bed and watch instead of relax on couch for a bit before bed.
