The staff was super helpful and check in was sent via email and so here at the hotel it was set as ready. The property seemed safe and smelt clean. The fixtures in the restroom definitely could use an upgrade as they are literally falling off. Also providing in the closet some additional blankets would be helpful.

It’s starting to verge on needing updated. But overall a great stop, esp for the price. Breakfast is good. Dog friendly. Slept like a baby!

There was a very STRONG smell of the cleaning solution Fabuloso which made us suspicious of the cleanliness of the carpet especially since this is a pet-friendly facility.

I have stayed at La Quinta properties before but this is the worst experience I have ever had in ANY HOTEL. The property being about 12-15 yrs old, fixtures in shower(spout) coming off tub, bugs in bathroom, face towels paper thin, TV with broken remote & told it would require 2 remotes., handle on entry door needed to be "lifted up on key to work after 2 trips back to front desk. so-called breakfast a joke, no fruit, coffee cups without lids when all competitors offer better. I feel staff was doing the best they could under condition of the facility...never again at this location and I travel to Marshall quite often.

Do not stay here. Our room was DISGUSTING! It smelt awful and there were several bugs. Giant flies were coming out of the sink and tub, which both had no drain stoppers. The walls looked like it was an abandoned building. The sheets felt sticky and wet. The smell of the room was so awful and pungent that it stayed with us when we brought our things to our car and we had to deal with the smell for days. Had we not been so exhausted when we arrived (after 12+ hour drive), we would've had better sense to ask for a different room, or just to have left entirely and found a different place to stay. This was a seedy place and it makes me want to vomit when I remember the experience.

Usually we love staying at LaQuinta every place we travel. This was not the case. The property was easy to find. It was on the main road which had easy access to the town. The bathroom was awful with mold from the ceiling to the tub walls. The toilet seat was completely broken, sliding, and slammed down. The towels were thin and worn. I would recommend checking your room BEFORE taking your belongings to the room. When we reported it to the front desk they said yeah we know.

Just like most. The room was cleaned below average. My dog spent about 1hr smelling everything because I'm guessing there was a dog there previously and didn't get cleaned up after. The breakfast was ok. They had your typical sausage and eggs. But the eggs were repurposed boiled eggs witch were dry and rather disgusting. Other than that check in was amazing. Fast and friendly staff. Pretty well average.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check me in. There were 3 men sitting at the computer kiosk and yelled for the lady to come help me. When she approached me, she was wearing house shoes. She said she was in the back making dinner for her family. Our room smelled old and musty. The shower handle was loose from the wall and had hardly any water pressure. The bathroom sink faucet was also loose. We went to breakfast the next morning around 8 there were no eggs or napkins. I saw the lady in the back room standing by the microwave on her phone. I asked her if there were any napkins and she said there were none. A guest went to his room and brought down paper towels to share. I decided that I was not going to stay another night there. I went to the front desk to check out. I asked to speak to the manager. This was a different lady than last night. She said she was the manager. I complained about the service and the condition of the room. I felt as if I was in a rent by the hour motel. I told her I was canceling my last night, and she said I would have contact Travelocity. I discussed this with them, and they did try to call the hotel several times and there was no answer. The manager stated she never heard the phone ring. I was so irritated with this whole thing I told the manager that I would leave a review. I'm a manager at an RV Resort in Oklahoma with a 10/10/10+ Good Sam rating so I know how the guest should be treated! This was unacceptable.

Applied for early check in for 1:00pm room wasn’t ready when I arrived, I was told when I got there that room is now ready but we didn’t have towels in our room but they would send them as soon as they were available, I asked for towels twice and still never received them. Finally I went to front desk about 7:30pm and was told they didn’t have any available but she would check, she came back with 1 face towel and one towel that had been torn to the size of a face towel bedding what damp like they took out of dryer too soon

Location was good. Lobby was nice. Room was nice until I took a shower. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain would not stay closed. Water covered the tile floor and the little bath mat was soaked, of course. They had started a patch where the water leaked out, so they knew it was a problem. Room 106 should Not be occupied again until repairs are completed. When I pulled up the shower knob, the faucet came out of the wall! I spoke to the desk clerk at checkout about all the problems. It is a safety hazard! I also told her I took pictures and will submit them.
