The staff is always so nice. The breakfast is always good & clean. The housekeeping staff is always keeping the rooms top notch. I’ve stayed here so many times & will only stay at this Hotel in this area.

The only thing I can say good was the bed was comfortable. It had a bad smell and the carpet was nasty. People hanging around outside and didn’t appear safe

Many things were broke and the toilet stopped working halfway through. The wrong coffee was also given - the machine required pods and they left bags. They also had an alarm clock that wouldn’t shut off after starting at 6am. We had a late check out of 11am… eventually just unplugged the clock.

Can’t complain too much as this was the most cost effective solution for us. Found Mold at the slider, looks like it had been there for weeks. Hotel going under entry renovation, hopefully it’ll improve after construction is done. Touted as non-smoking hotel, but at least 3 units in our rooms direct vicinity were smoking at all hours and wafted through the halls and into our room.

The property is undergoing a big remodel and upgrade so the condition is in the middle; service and responses or really good. We have stayed her a number of times in the last two years and will continue to stay here - We would recommend them highly in spite of the remodeling going on.
