Had to evacuate the property without explanation and no place to go. Had to scramble to find a place to stay.

Needs to be renovated and deep cleaned elevators and rooms need to be updated

Great place, very safe especially because the police department across the street

It was great for the family emergency - the basic needs for a place to stay while visiting family at hospital. Very accommodating.

The location was great not far from restaurants. The room was clean and quiet but the elevator was slow and old one outlet in the room was not working either. But still a very nice stay and great breakfast.

The breakfast was good, alots of food . But they wait to long to refill any Breaks . AND Definitely need to get a new office manager. She threatened to call the cops on me. Because she said I stole her pen that I was borrowing. To write down some things and then dig. Give me my deposit back of $75. And said it was including the Towle's. That was three that we had make UP ON THEM She doesn't wanna work with them or us. She thought she was too good for it. And now here I am sitting on the street because of her. You need a new office manager and staff. Maybe I should IGCE¹¹QQFREEcome through and see what they all have to say. Cause no one knows English.

Overall property was clean but parking lot and pool can use some attention/maintenance

We checked into the hotel around midnight, already exhausted from our travels, only to be met with a deeply unsettling and unacceptable situation. Upon arriving in our room on the fifth floor, we immediately noticed that the glass window had been removed from the frame and was leaning off to the side. The screen had a massive hole in it, and the entire window was wide open—on the fifth floor. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the room itself looked extremely run-down and poorly maintained. I immediately called the front desk to report the condition of the room, and the response was lackluster at best. There was no urgency or real concern—just a half-hearted offer to move us to another room. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk again to express how dangerous that first room was. My young daughter had walked right up to that open window, not realizing the hazard. The situation could’ve ended in tragedy. The staff member I spoke with during checkout acknowledged that we should never have been placed in that room at all—it was supposedly marked as closed and unavailable for guests. Yet, despite this serious safety issue and the clear oversight on the hotel’s part, we received nothing but a simple apology. No compensation, no sincere effort to make things right—just a verbal “

Very clean

I didnt like that the pool opened at 9:00am, too late for me the sun comes out in Az @6:00am, they need to redo their pool times also the handicap seats looked broken and unusable, the person at the front desk didnt try much to work around the schedule as i mentioned to them im a early person and just wanted to swim for a short period of time, it seemed they weren't flexible at all...

I loved my room and the bed was so comfortable. I rarely can sleep in a hotel, but I slept very well. The only thing that needs attention is the elevators. They are pretty beat up and slow.

Customer service is lacking at the very least.

It was a very pleasant time, just what we needed to relax...Thank you. P.S. Breakfast was awesome, great way to start the day!

Older hotel and hotel interior needs work, but rooms were clean and pleasant.

We had to stay for two days since our apartment was not ready yet and everything was so nice and clean.

It was amazing pool needs a little tlc but was good. Not microwave or fridge in room other then that it was good

The room wasnt very clean bathroom was dirty. But overall, it was a good stay
