We stayed here in 2023 for an anniversary trip to go see Shania at the BOK; it was so convenient so I knew when we had another concert to attend at the BOK we definitely wanted to stay at the same hotel. It definitely doesn't disappoint & I 10/10 recommend. Will most definitely be staying for all future BOK concerts.

Hotel was clean and staff was great. Had trouble getting wash rags but the hotel was sold out and know they were busy. Had a good breakfast and it was very close to the venue.
Did not know so many homeless people were in Tulsa , no one bothered us but made sure we walked in a group.

Pros - Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom very clean.
Cons - parking is HORRIBLE! It's like there are 20 very tight spaces for 75 people. The parking was an after thought for sure. Plus it was dark and just scary outside the hotel.
The elevator was also an after thought. Ot was like a 2x4 space, could barely fit 4 people with no luggage inside. The hotel room closet was bigger than elevator.
Staff was very friendly but will NOT stay here again.

This hotel clearly did not emphasize maintenance. The elevator down to their garage has apparently been non-functional for months now. There is no stair route from the garage that doesn't require someone to open the door for you (your room key won't do it). So you have to park in the tiny crowded outside lot and walk up a steep slope and then up a bunch of stairs to get in.
The people were ok to deal with. The breakfast was adequate for the price. The interior looked alright. The location kinda sucked. Lots of homeless people walking around. The nearby restaurants were not family friendly, most being bars and the like.
Honestly, not that impressed. Won't return.

the garage elevator and stair access was closed. it was an up hill walk and stairs to get back to the lobby level. coming back from an comedy show across the street, we felt unsafe as a large loud crowd were hovering in the hotel garage and parkinglot. we had to turn around and go back to the street and go the other way around the hotel. Im sorry but the access for an arthritic old lady was very very trying. Not easily accessible

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and friendly. Really liked that the room had tile floors instead of carpet. The hotel was easy to access and even had covered parking. I would have given it five stars if the Wi-Fi would have been better. It was super slow and did not stay connected. I was unable to work without a hotspot.

There were a few things that need upkeep: our bathroom was missing the toilet roll holder, the finial was missing off the floor lamp, the TV remote control was missing the battery cover. Overall good stay and convenient to the BOK Center for the concert we attended. No bar as advertised in the pictures.
