The stay was great we loved the entire time.
The breakfast items were a lot and we liked the number of options available. But the breakfast space gets crowded especially at the last couple of hours. We were allowed to take food to the room which was cool.
Some things that could be improved
1. Bathroom did not lock but it was ok for us
2. The bathroom exhaust was not working.
Toilet (upper band) had some spots from previous users but the management took care of this issue when I mentioned this.

There was hairs on the bottom sheet, clearly dirty, & the duvet was grey, especially at the edges were people touch it. If you can't present a clean room, didn't bother opening. Staff was doing all they could. Huge issue is the lock on the side(parking lot) door...clearly damaged bc of breakin attempt, tried i fix it but door didn't shut& latch, posing more risk bc then anyone can walk in!!! Will not be returning with out major repairs on your part. Just not clean or safe! These are BASIC to hotel operations

Staff was lacking in experience. Door did not work. Gave us another room. Then booked the room again with a family entering our room at midnight. Housekeeping banging on door at 0700. Then tried to open door and left it ajair. Went down to complain and key didnt work again.

They need to do a refresh on the property. Base molding falling off the wall. Toilet not properly anchored and the wax ring not there so there was a distinct urine smell

The room was great and clean. Just 3 small observations:
1) No USB chargers. We came from a long distance and could not charge our phones expecting USB chargers on the room.
2) The toilet was shaky in room 235. It might need tightening.
3) The toilet paper was in the reversed direction.

Everything was nice and clean, Kim was very tentative and detail oriented! Michelle our shuttle driver was amazing as well! The breakfast was ok but the guy in charge of breakfast who’s name I forgot was very courteous and pay close attn to when things were getting low such the bread the eggs the juice! Overall we enjoy our stay!!

The staff was great, ample coffee in room but overall needed a little updating. Don’t like the sink out in the room as everyone gets bothered by light and noise early in the morning. No privacy.
