Good place to stay for an overnight

I was able to book and get an airport transfer easily

Quiet….close to several shopping areas

Clean and friendly staff. All you can drink tea, coffee juices there’s fruit and cereal 24 hours. I would definitely stay again.

Had to change rooms at first because the door did not lock . Found hair strands on towels that were supposedly clean

We arrived at this hotel on Saturday Aug 30th. Needless to say we will never be returning again. First the lady at the front desk seemed very overwhelmed with her workload as she was the only staff working the entire property. We witnessed her cut people off on the phone and hang up on them. Check in was okay but very disorganized. Once we headed to our room we were greeted with a hallway that stunk of smoke. Once we got inside our room the pillows had black makeup stains on them, the sheets had a blood stain on one bed, rotting food left on the window ledge and some substance smeared on the bathroom walls. The overall cleanliness of the room was filthy and we questioned if it was actually cleaned prior to our arrival. We went down to the front desk to ask to change rooms and we’re told the hotel was fully booked. No cleaning staff on site and no managers present. The woman at the front desk wanted to see the issues so she came up and started pulling pillow cases off the pillows and said this was the best she could do because there was no housekeeping working. We asked her why this room was in such distress and she replied “it’s disgusting and she wouldn’t even stay there.” We ended leaving the hotel and we were not able to find another and Expedia didn’t offer to assist us now that we were stranded without a room so we drove 4 hours home to Canada that evening. This hotel offered no other room, no accommodation, no service and no refunds. Please avoid this property!!

The hotel smelled amazing from the second we walked in. The lady checking us in was a very nice but true new yorker, the other staff we saw was very nice also. Plenty of parking. Plenty of food within walking distance. Only bad thing was the heavy door leading to each hallway on the 2nd floor. Our room was right beside it and it would slam every 10 minutes with people coming in and out. It was also very inconvenient packing stuff in to hall to your room. Hot coffee and hot chocolate always ready in the lobby.

We knew we didn’t book the fanciest hotel, but we expected more for the cost and based on other reviews. The desk attendant who checked us in was very rude, to the point my 11 year old son noticed. The text messaging check in/check out apparently don’t work with their system. One of the two beds squeaked terribly every time you sat on it. The television was very small. The bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. The kitchen area is too small for the number of people that were there in the morning. Thankfully we were only here for a few nights and were out visiting family during the day. Positives: the beds were comfortable (despite the squeaking), and the room renovations were nice.

The staff is very friendly, they had popcorn at check-in as well as hot chocolate, coffee, tees and items off the breakfast buffet menu were available in the evening. The hotel is located off 94, yet our room was very quiet.

The place is very new and clean. The room was spacious and had all new things. The free hot breakfast was great.

Convenient and neat.

The breakfast selection was very limited and not well organized as it has been in the past. Quality of food selection was very poor.

Close to the airport with an airport shuttle made this the perfect option for us. Nice breakfast and helpful/kind staff
