Amazing!!! Very fast check in! I arrived in Orlando on a late flight and the staff helped us tremendously! Very spacious and clean facilities! Our room was so comfortable

If you book through Expedia or another 3rd party, a rollaway bed will cost more.
Rooms were fine- sandy from previous guests, but to be expected since it’s a beach motel.
Was nice to be so close to Surf and Style and beach access!

The landscaping of the property is very nice however the bathroom tubs are very unappealing and the floors need to be mopped after each stay my wet towel was on the floor so we wouldn't slip and when I picked it up it was black

If you’re looking for a nice hotel in Cocoa Beach, this is not the place to go. The staff was quite rude, the lobby was warmer than the outside and the pool felt like a Jacuzzi without bubbles on our second day. Our key card stopped working not once, or even twice but three times, and each time they had to break into our room twice and change out the mechanism. Do yourself a favor and skip this. There’s plenty of other hotels near there that I’m sure would be better.

They charged me again at the desk 200.53 cent which was thier actual rate. As i had already paid you all a 25% mark up or more for booking me a sub par room,which i was then charged again plus a 50$ incidental charge. Then told my 200 dollars i needed and did not authorize would be returned next day. I was just in a motorcycle accident and that money was for our dinner....the rest of my money was recently tied up in the unexpected surgery i have on Wendsday. We were trying to make the best of father's day being broke n all and injured. The incompetent staff checked me in and proceeded to charge me as if i hadnt paid. Thats how i know Expedia actually go 50 plus more than thier standard rate, so i got screwed by yall and them all in one big swoop. Now we are eating sandwiches instead of enjoying local restaurants which i had money for until they unexpectedly charged me after completing all charges and booking online.

Customer service checking in was pretty good the clerk even told us she "upgraded" us to what I was unsure. Anywho upon arrival to the room i was quit shocked it smelled like bleach when we stepped in which wasnt the issue the issue was ot was hiding some type of pungeny order coming from behind the microwave!! Then I decided to shave my legs (tmi) but the tub was first dirty and I realized why..... because it drained very slow. Ok.... Well the beds were soft, if they wete clean was questionable at this point!! Anywho the toilet leaked on the floor the sink leaked at the faucet. So needless to say if it was a one nighter and you dont mind small inconviences then yea go ahead but if your looking for quality 0 of 10 would not recommend!! I was so disappointed I will never stay hete again. On another note though they do have hot breakfast!!
